Jason Sager

​Originally from Midland, Michigan, Jason has an MBA from Louisiana State University and received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University. Before purchasing the Home Instead franchise, Jason was a financial analyst with ExxonMobil and a sales manager with the Kellogg Company. In 2006, he was selected as a member of the Annandale Chamber of Commerce. Jason is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. In July 2008, Jason was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Capitol Area Alzheimer's Association.​

Laura McKay

Laura McKay

RN, BSN, Vice President of Nursing Services

Responsible for overseeing the training of Care Professionals and developing collaborative Plans of Care for our Personal Care Clients, Laura plays a vital role in ensuring quality care for our clients. Laura also oversees our Nursing Services including Medication management and wellness visits. Laura has a wealth of experience she brings to Home Instead. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Studies. She has advanced certifications in Case Management, Healthcare Quality, and Dementia Care. As our Director of Nursing, all Care Professionals performing personal care report to her.​​

​Amy began her career with Home Instead in 2010 working with us for five years before leaving to pursue an opportunity in Sales. Every day she has the opportunity to work with Care Professionals helping them through the hiring process and fulfill their dream of making a difference in the life of a senior. Amy is an enthusiastic, caring, and resourceful advocate for older adults and their caregivers. Amy has been in the senior industry for over 13 years and today is back in her original role at Home Instead in Annandale as our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, as well as VP of Operations. Amy states "I could not be happier to be back home."

Shelbee Williams

Client Care Coordinator

Shelbee grew up in Fairfax County and has been with Home Instead since 2007. She initially started her career with us as a professional caregiver and effortlessly transitioned to Recruiter, Community Liaison, Marketer, On-Call Manager and is currently our Client Care Coordinator. Not only does Shelbee have knowledge of being a professional caregiver she also has experience as a client while assisting in the care of her father. Her dual insight, intuitiveness, observant and compassionate nature makes Shelbee perfect for being the first person clients speak with. Shelbee's role is to make sure every Home Instead client has an exceptional and prioritized experience. Shelbee does this by conducting monthly Quality Assurance visits at our client's homes. She is responsible for curating relationships between the Care Professionals and clients. Our clients love and look forward to their monthly visits with Shelbee. These visits present a great opportunity to keep total engagement with the care needs and services as care evolves.

Layne is a fixture of Home Instead and has been with us since we opened in 2006! ​Layne has the daunting task of ensuring all clients schedules are optimally staffed. Layne has extensive knowledge of all Care Professionals and clients and always wants to make sure clients are happy with their Care Professional. If you have a question about your schedule, Layne is the person to ask!

​Joining the Home Instead family in August of 2018, Earline bridged the calling from childhood to meet her desire to serve the elderly. Hearing her father's wisdom, she lives out his advice to "never look down upon a man except to give him a hand to lift them up", a statement she believes Home Instead applies making this job satisfying and rewarding. Originally from South Carolina, Earline moved to the D.C. Metro area 38 years ago to work with the Social Security Administration from which she recently retired. Away from the office she enjoys spending her time with her 7 grandchildren, creating memories for a lifetime.

Director of Finance

Starting as a Care Professional, Trupti knows what it takes to provide excellent care. As our Director of Finance, Trupti fills many office functions, including monitoring Care Professionals clock ins and outs (so we are always on-time!) and client billing. Accurate billing and Care Professionals being on time are two fundamentals which allow us have a successful client relationship.​​

We answer our phones 24 hours a day 7 days a week (even on holidays!). To accomplish this daunting task we knew we needed someone special, and that is why we have Paulina. It is her honor and duty to support our clients and Care Professionals in the event of an after-hours emergency or question. Paulina is also extremely knowledgeable and informed as to all of the services we offer.
