Bringing a wealth of experience to George, Britney H is a dedicated Care Pro who understands the value of aging in place. Britney comes to us with a background in i have a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, which has given me a strong foundation in care coordination, client advocacy, and the operational side of delivering quality services. in my current role, i have the unique opportunity to work on both the administrative side and the client-facing side. this allows me to understand the full picture of what clients and families need, while also staying closely connected to the individuals we serve each day.. With 15 months at Home Instead, Britney has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.

Being able to provide comfort, stability, and genuine connection during this chapter of their life is incredibly meaningful to me," Britney shares. Through these shared moments, Britney has learned valuable life lessons, noting, "A valuable lesson I've learned is the importance of slowing down and being present. Clients remind me that even small gestures like listening, sharing a conversation, offering reassurance, can make a tremendous difference in someone's day."
Britney's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Skilled in i feel especially confident supporting individuals who benefit from companionship, routine, and thoughtful communication. i also have strong experience working with clients who have dementia or mobility challenges. on the administrative side, i'm skilled at coordinating care plans that ensure safety, comfort, and continuity for both clients and their families., Britney finds joy in the details of each visit. "My favorite part is having the best of both worlds. I enjoy supporting our team administratively while also getting to connect directly with clients. That combination gives me a deep sense of purpose because I can see both the behind-the-scenes work and the real-life impact it has on our clients' daily lives," Britney says of a typical day.
