Trent Davis

Trent Davis

Owner

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role as a business owner and caregiver advocate. My journey began as I owned and operated a practice alongside my father, where we provided financial guidance and support to our clients. However, when my father fell ill and required extensive care from caregivers, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact they had on our family and his quality of life in his final years. Motivated by this experience, I spent the next seven years searching for a way to make a meaningful difference in the caregiving space. Ultimately, I decided to purchase two Home Instead franchises in Bountiful and Salt Lake City, where I am dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to seniors and their families. Outside of work, I find immense joy in spending time with my wife, Alysa, and our three children, Colin, Wesley, and Maisy. Whether we're cheering on our favorite sports teams-the Utah Jazz, BYU Cougars, and New York Yankees-or coaching our kids in their various athletic pursuits, family time is always a top priority.

Vickie Anderson

Vickie Anderson

Quality Assurance Specialist

My passion for senior care began as a child when I witnessed my mother's frustration over the lack of proper care for my great-grandmother in a nursing home. That moment shaped my mother's career as a nursing home operator, and in turn, it inspired my lifelong commitment to improving care for the elderly. I worked in various roles at my mother's facility, from cleaning floors to cooking meals. After my first year of college, I pursued a nursing degree, becoming an RN in the 1970s and later advancing to a Family Nurse Practitioner. My career has spanned nursing homes, hospitals, and private practice, always striving to provide compassionate, high-quality care. For 34 years, I served as an Associate Teaching Professor of Nursing at Brigham Young University while also practicing pediatric primary care. My contributions to the profession include serving on Utah's Prescriptive Practice Board, working with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners' Certification Board, and serving two terms as a commissioner for the organization. Through it all, I have followed my mother's guiding principle: always strive to do better. Outside of my work, I love to travel and cherish time with my four children and ten grandchildren.
