As a Home Instead Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in their homes or where they call home. Your responsibilities will include helping clients with daily tasks, offering companionship, and ensuring their overall well-being. This role demands empathy, patience, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those you care for.
Shifts are 8p-8a or 9p-9a
Overnight shifts are not resting shifts.You will be required to remain awake and alert throughout your shift.
You may be required to commute outside of the Waco area for shifts.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing companionship and engagement
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Transferring and Ambulation Assistance
- Transportation/Errands
- Personal Care Assistance such as Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, and Grooming
- Providing Care for Individuals Living with Alzheimer's and Other Dementias
- Factual Documentation of Shift and Events
