Compensation: $200 guaranteed weekend stipend + hourly shift pay + mileage

What You'll Do

• Remain on-call and ready to accept assignments during your scheduled weekends.
• Provide high-quality in-home care to seniors in both city and rural locations.
• Travel across our large service territory (2,200+ sq. miles) to cover urgent or open shifts.

What We Look For

• Experience: Proven hands-on expertise in senior/in-home care (Hoyer lift experience is a plus).
• Flexibility: Absolute readiness to respond and travel promptly when called.
• Mobility: A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to drive long distances.
• Basics: A dependable smartphone and comfort working in homes with pets (cats/dogs).
