Husband and wife team Chase and Taylor Crenwelge purchased the Plano, Texas franchise on March 1, 2025. Chase Crenwelge is an attorney who earned his law degree and MBA simultaneously at Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 2021. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in trauma and emergency medicine, and orthopedic care, Taylor has seen firsthand the struggles seniors face. Her background and experience have fueled her passion for the kind of quality home care that Home Instead provides. "It has long been a goal of Taylor and mine to own our own business, and home care offered a unique opportunity to combine our skill sets. It also offered the opportunity to do work that we felt made a difference," said Chase Taylor said the goal of their business is to be the best in-home senior care agency in the Dallas-Fort Worth area while providing the highest level of care to seniors. "Another goal of mine will be to ensure the Care Professionals who work for us feel as though they are more valued than they've been in any previous job . . . My dad always encouraged the 'Golden Rule' to treat others as you wish to be treated and it has never failed me." Chase's favorite work credo is "pour into your people first. In their spare time both Taylor and Chase enjoy staying physically active, Taylor enjoys CrossFit while Chase enjoys jiu jitsu. Taylor and Chase's family includes two "spoiled" pups: Juneau, a Husky rescue, and Ellie, "the golden retriever princess!"

Leslie began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 2004 as a CAREGiver. Since then she has served in several key business capacities before assuming a leadership role in client care and business management. She works with Home Instead clients and their families to coordinate, manage and facilitate exceptional care. Her goal is to improve the lives of senior's, while helping them maintain their independence and dignity in their home environment. Leslie has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in Business and Health Systems Management from Texas Woman's University. Leslie and her husband, Adam, have a son named Garrison and a daughter named Adelyn. Leslie and Adam have been married since 2004. Leslie enjoys watching her children learn and play sports. Garrison is involved in soccer and Adelyn enjoys gymnastics.

Jay has dedicated his life to caring for seniors in various roles. As a young man, he enjoyed working at his local senior community, and as an adult, he spent years caring for his aging parents. He deeply understands the importance of keeping loved ones at home, where they feel happiest and most comfortable. Through Home Instead, Jay is able to turn this passion into a full-time career. With over 20 years of experience as the owner of a recruiting company, Jay brings strong leadership and management skills to his work. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and has a deep appreciation for helping others. Jay and his wife, Darla, have been happily married for over 35 years. Darla works for a large local church, supporting families with special needs children and senior adults. Their two daughters, Molly and Maddy, have both pursued successful careers-Molly, a Texas A&M graduate with a master's degree, works as a consultant for a major management consulting firm, while Maddy, a UNT graduate, works for a large public telecommunications company in Plano. A family with a heart for service, the couple is actively involved in their church, particularly in ministries supporting families with special needs children. They also share their home with two beloved rescue dogs, Charlie and Moose. In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, staying active, and playing golf with friends.

As a Client Care Coordinator, Gianna Grajeda supports clients and their families as they begin home care services, helping bridge the gap during what can often feel like an overwhelming transition. Her role focuses on in-home care consultations, care plan assessments, and guiding families through the process of starting care with clarity and confidence.

Susan is originally from Los Angeles, but she moved to Texas after her first year of college to be closer to family. "I'm not originally from Texas, but I got here as fast as I could!", she says. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, Susan spent most of her career in magazine publishing. Susan has worked for TV Guide magazine, The Kansas City Star newspaper, and a variety of upscale lifestyle magazines. After a breast cancer diagnosis, she decided to dedicate her career to helping people better understand the complex science associated with cancer. For over a decade, Susan was the publisher of CURE , the largest consumer magazine in the US dedicated to cancer and survivorship. In 2018, she launched a consumer magazine about precision medicine and genomics called Genome . Today, Susan remains committed to the notion that health outcomes improve when patients are engaged with their physicians in making treatment decisions. In 2013, Susan's father died after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Her father's illness taught her a great deal about compassion, empathy, and dying with dignity. It was her mother's illness in 2023 that led her to Home Instead. At 87, her mom was dealing with a variety of chronic, life-limiting health conditions and her care was becoming overwhelming for Susan to manage on her own. Hiring Home Instead to help with her mom's care meant that she could spend more time being a daughter and a little less time being a caregiver. After Susan's mom passed away in February of 2025, Susan knew that her next, most meaningful career move, needed to be with Home Instead. In July of the same year, Susan got her wish. Helping families during their most vulnerable moments in life is not for everyone, but for Susan, it is an honor. Outside of work, Susan loves to paint, travel to far-flung places, have "catch up" sessions with her grown son, Ryan, cuddle with her two senior dogs, and enjoy live music with her husband, Keith.

After connecting through joint marketing and professional networking channels, Niki decided to join Home Instead in June 2025 saying she was drawn by the integrity and transparency of the Home Instead team. A veritable wealth of senior care knowledge, Niki has spent the last two decades of her career in senior housing and healthcare. With experience in independent and assisted living, memory care, CCRC's, hospice, skilled nursing, and outpatient rehab, Niki brings a varied and nuanced perspective to Home Instead of when and how in-home care fits into the larger landscape of senior care. As a native Texan, Niki says she always felt drawn back to the state and ultimately settled back in Dallas as an adult, a move which has been well worth it as it has kept her near dear family and friends. Niki's appreciation for caregiving is personal as well as professional, as she spent over four years as the primary caregiver for her parents before they passed. Niki completed her BBA in Marketing and Human Resources at North Texas. She completed her Masters in Organizational Management with a focus on Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Dallas Baptist University. Prior to embarking on her career in the senior care industry, Niki spent time in high-end retail sales. Outside of work Niki feels that God has blessed her with wonderful friends, goddaughters, and nieces as well as a solid church family. She bakes sourdough nearly every weekend and enjoys fine arts - symphony, opera, ballet, Broadway shows, and museums of every kind. She volunteers teaching ESL, enjoys tending to her plants and garden, reading, and staying up on the latest movie releases.

Jocelyn spends her days at Home Instead finding and developing the best Care Professionals to serve our clients. She has a unique perspective about Care Pros as she worked as a caregiver for 7 years! She is also a business owner alongside her husband. When asked what she likes best about working at Home Instead, Jocelyn replied "I enjoy that I get to interact with new people every day. Getting the best of the best for our magnificent clients! Helping our Care Pro's learn new techniques, training. I love what I do! I love the family atmosphere here!! At the end of the day knowing that I was able to help someone in any way to make their day better makes me feel great!" Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time at the family ranch.

Cinnamon is a kindhearted, lovely person with almost 35 years of experience in a variety of roles throughout the Caregiving Industry. Early in her career, she helped implement a Preventative Behavioral Management Program for seniors with dementia and autism with an emphasis on memory care. At the state school and through this program, she developed a passion for working with the senior community. Over the past several years, she has worked in local senior living communities and organizations as a personal caregiver, activities director and marketing coordinator. Everywhere she goes she strengthens the programs and pours genuine love and care into the seniors she so willingly serves. She is a mother to three wonderful children, and an incredible caregiver to her special needs sister, Lorri whom she has the privilege of living with and taking care of right here in McKinney. One of their favorite things is to go shopping and out to eat on Saturdays, and Mexican food is always the top choice when deciding where to dine. Cinnamon loves her family, her cats and working with the senior community. We are so blessed to have as a part of the team.
