Home Instead is great! The office staff is friendly and always willing to make adjustments to my schedule for Doctor appointments or any other issues. The caregivers are great as well. They always complete their tasks, and are eager to help with additional tasks. All of my caregivers like their jobs and speak highly of the office staff. That says a lot to me. This is an easy 5 stars from me!
My father is a Vietnam veteran who survived four tours providing medical aid to wounded and dying soldiers throughout Southeast Asia. It is so comforting to us and to Willis to have someone care so fervently for him in his aging years. While Dad is very self-sufficient, Misty provides a "unique ability to anticipate the things I need", according to Dad. He further says, "It is such a comfort to me to know she can anticipate what I need, before I know I need it". Moreover, Dad specifically enjoys Misty's companionship. Her assistance with meal preparation and reminders about his medication are among the most appreciated.
Misty is an invaluable part of your Home Instead team.
