Stephanie has worked in the senior care industry for approximately 10 years. Working for Home Instead is by far the most rewarding and challenging opportunity. Stephanie enjoys interacting with the seniors themselves as well as the families and caregivers that help to care for them. She grew up in Lubbock and has two children. Her hobbies include photography and reading as well as spending time with her children.

Kristen Wilson

Kristen Wilson

Executive Director

Kristen has a background in healthcare working in a nursing facility and hospice agency. The last year and a half, she took a break to focus on her education and her family. She recently obtained her Master's in Social Work. Kristen has a passion and love for helping others. She says, "I am extremely blessed to be a part of the Home Instead Senior Care family as one of the Executive Director." Kristen has one small child and two fur babies. She enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and fellowship with others.

Juanita Camacho

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Juanita is responsible for hiring and training a professional CAREGiver for our clients. Juanita does an excellent job of finding that great CAREGiver with a compasionate heart to meet our client's needs. She has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2005. Juanita has two grown children and two grandchildren and she is an excellent cook.

Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams

Training Specialist

Michelle has been a CNA for over 20 years and has worked with all ages from pediatric to geriatric. She worked for Hospice as a CNA for 11 years and the elderly are a big passion of hers. Michelle enjoys teaching others about the things she has learned and trying to make caregivers and clients comfortable with each other. She moved back to Texas from Florida in 2013 and came to work for Home Instead Senior Care as a caregiver and now is part of the office staff. Michelle has 3 children 1 daughter and 2 sons and when she is not working she is enjoying time with them.

Paula Campbell

Client Care Specialist

Paula has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2010. At the start, she spent her time as a caregiver to many wonderful clients, and in 2015, joined the office team. She now assists with client care management as well as caregiver support. Paula enjoys spending time listening to music, gardening, trips to the mountains, and most of all, spending time with her 6 grandchildren.

Tara has worked in the healthcare field for 8 years. She started her Home Instead career as a care professional and now works in the office. She is very excited about taking on this new role and is committed to our clients, and their families. She stays busy with her two kids, attending her son's band events and also attending her daughter's basketball and softball games.

Debbie Callander

Debbie Callander

Home Care Consultant

Debbie Callander is a Lubbock girl. Graduated from Texas Tech and is an avid Tech fan! She has worked in the geriatric field in one form or another since 1994. Debbie is a licensed social worker and licensed long term care administrator and owns a few small care assisted living homes in the area. Debbie is now enjoying her new role at Home Instead as a Home Care Consultant- her passion is with seniors and she loves helping them get the care they need in any capacity. She is thrilled to be a part of the Home Instead team! Debbie has been happily married for 37 years, has 2 adult children and 2 precious grandsons (you may ask about them anytime!)
