Bryce and Christi Florence are the proud owners of Home Instead Northwest Houston! Bryce and Christi both grew up in College Station, Texas, where they stayed to complete their education. Bryce graduated from the Texas A&M College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and Christi graduated from the Texas A&M College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2021, they decided to join the Home Instead family by taking ownership of the Northwest Houston location. Since coming to Houston, Bryce and Christi are grateful to have growth in their business and in their family. In 2024 they welcomed their son. They are staying busy by continuing to enhance their team and their services to better care for the seniors and veterans of Northwest Houston. Their vision for Home Instead Northwest Houston is to become the premier brand of Home Care in Northwest Houston and set the standard for Home Care across Texas. When they're not working, Bryce and Christi are having fun raising their son, watching Aggie Football, and spending time outdoors with their dogs! Monica brings over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and nonprofit organizations, with a focus on operational excellence, community engagement, and team development. As General Manager, she oversees operations, supports staff growth, and helps ensure Home Instead delivers high-quality, compassionate care across the organization. Outside of work, Monica is passionate about community leadership, advocacy, and spending time with her family.

Julia began her career with Home Instead as a Care Pro in the Dallas/Fort Worth area before joining the Houston team in 2015. She has grown through multiple office and leadership roles, bringing broad operational experience and a deep understanding of client and caregiver needs. As Office Manager, Julia oversees scheduling and office operations while fostering strong relationships that support excellent care and communication. Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends, exploring museums, taking road trips, and antique shopping. A proud Houstonian, she loves making a difference in her community.

Brianna brings a strong background in healthcare administration, patient services, and front-office support. With experience as both a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Assistant, she understands the importance of clear communication and dependable service. As Office Coordinator, Brianna supports daily operations and ensures clients, families, and Care Pros feel welcomed and supported. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys time with her family and embraces the flexibility and resilience that comes with being a military spouse.

Aquinette is a U.S. Navy Veteran with a strong background in healthcare leadership, compliance, and client support. Her experience spans home care, senior living, and clinical environments, where she has led teams and supported complex care needs. As a Care Manager for our Veterans, Aquinette combines clinical insight with thoughtful coordination to advocate for veterans and their families.

Erica brings extensive healthcare management and operational experience from home health, hospice, and medical office settings. Erica gets to know her clients personally and is committed to making sure her clients receive well rounded care. Known for her passionate and energetic personality, she supports clients and families by ensuring high quality and compassionate care. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with family, being active in her church, and serving seniors in her community.

Mackenzie brings a strong background in clinical operations, staff training, and team support to her role as Recruitment & Engagement Manager. With experience in healthcare and behavioral services, she is skilled in training, communication, and building relationships that help teams thrive. In her role, Mackenzie focuses on recruiting, supporting, and engaging Care Pros to ensure high-quality care for our clients. Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family.

Taj serves as our Human Resources Information Systems Specialist, supporting compliant personnel records, accurate payroll and billing, and day-to-day administrative operations. He plays a key role in onboarding team members who align with Home Instead's values while supporting systems that keep our organization running smoothly. Outside of work, Taj enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, hiking, and attending live music events.
