What You'll Do:

As a Home Instead caregiver, you’ll provide:

• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Transferring, toileting, and bed bound care for specialized clients
• Medication reminders and memory care support
• Transportation to errands or appointments

(Every client is unique — we match caregivers based on skills, schedule, and personality fit.)

Pay

• Starting at $14.50/hour for basic personal and homemaker care
• $16.00/hour for specialized care (care level determined at the office's discretion)
• $17.00/hour for nurse delegated services
• $18.00/hour for couple's care
• $12.00/hour for safety overnight care
• 1.5x base pay for holidays and overtime
• Annual performance based raises and discretionary bonuses
