Home Instead | El Paso, TX
Base Salary:
$46,000 - $52,000 (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus: Uncapped
On-Target Earnings: $70,000 - $110,000+

We are seeking a Territory Growth Manager who can build referral relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and other healthcare partners.

This is NOT a marketing coordinator or event-planning role. This is a field-based sales role for a professional who thrives on building territory, earning trust, and producing measurable growth.


Position Overview:
The Territory Growth Manager owns referral growth within an assigned territory. This individual will prospect, build relationships, overcome objections, create strategic partnerships, and convert referral opportunities into in-home care consultations.

This role is not a fit for someone who prefers desk-based marketing, administrative coordination, or relationship maintenance without proactive business development. Success requires prospecting, follow-up, persistence, and comfort asking for business.

Company vehicle available for all outside sales needs.


What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
  • Build and actively manage the referral territory of El Paso County.
  • Complete 20-25 in-person referral visits weekly.
  • Add 8-12 new referral relationships per quarter.
  • Generate qualified care consultations monthly.
  • Maintain CRM (SalesForce) activity and pipeline follow-up.
  • Contribute measurable private-pay revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy.
  • Prospect hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, case managers, and discharge planners.
  • Build trusted referral relationships through consistent face-to-face outreach
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify unmet discharge and family support needs.
  • Present Home Instead services confidently and professionally.
  • Manage pipeline activity and referral follow-up inside CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Attend networking events selectively when strategically valuable.
  • Report weekly pipeline activity, referral source development, and closed business.


Required Experience
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years of full-cycle outside sales, healthcare sales, physician outreach, territory, or business development.
  • Experience personally owning revenue goals, referral targets, quotas, territory growth, or account expansion metrics.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation.
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and follow-up discipline.
