This commitment was seeded early in life while caring for his elderly grandmother. This early experience laid the foundation for his current role in the home health care field. With an academic background as an agricultural engineer and a sub-specialty in plant cell and tissue culture from UniLaSalle Polytechnic, France, Sam relocated to Houston in 1994 to advance his career. Three years later, he co-founded a transportation company, growing it into a successful multimillion-dollar business. In this role, Sam managed the daily operations and customer service. Family has always been a priority for Sam. He often traveled back to his home country to look after his sick parents. However, travel restrictions during the pandemic made this impossible, leaving him to rely on the assistance of relatives, friends, and professional caregivers. It was through this challenging period that Sam gained a profound understanding of the struggles faced by the elderly and recognized the critical need for reliable, compassionate home care services. In 2022, Sam's path led him to Home Instead, a company whose mission resonated deeply with his personal values and life's purpose. He instantly connected with their vision of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families, identifying it as his true calling. Outside of work, Sam's life is filled with family activities. He and his wife, Tania, have raised two children with a focus on faith, helping others, and community involvement. The family loves traveling and exploring different cultures. Trish is a native Texan and loves all the South has to offer. She is very active in the office and oversees the leadership of the organization and ensures we provide the highest quality Caregiving Services. Trish comes from a diverse background; she was Director of Human Resources for a local Dermatology clinic and has also been in Business Development Positions. She has spent the last 13yrs in her most rewarding role as Director of Operations for Home Instead. Trish has earned her degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Texas. She has also received her accreditation as a "Certified Senior Advisor" from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors in 2020. Dee is a native Texan. Her lifelong love of seniors led to a career in helping families and seniors when making the hardest decisions. She has served in Assisted Living and Memory Care, both as Marketing Director and Executive Director. Dee is very excited with her new role at Home Instead as the Community Liaison. She will handle all the Marketing for our area. Dee continues to help all that she can with compassion, empathy and education. Dee has been married to her husband, Mike, for 37 years. During time at home, Dee is passionate about fishing, boating and their two Dobermans. Dee and her husband love to cruise and have been on approximately 40 cruises in 40 years. Cyndi was born and raised in Illinois. She moved to Texas with her husband and 3 children in Aug of 2018. Cyndi has been committed to making a difference in her community. She has worked in hospice for over 13 years and enjoys making a difference in people's lives. Cyndi has been a part of our team here at Home Instead since Oct of 2018 and has a strong passion for caring for clients and loves that she is given the opportunity to share that with our Care Pros. Prior to her role as Client Care, Cyndi was in retention, hands on training and scheduling. Cyndi truly enjoys seeing over our Care Pros and building a strong trusting relationship to help provide them with the confidence to care for our clients. Cyndi loves spending her free time with family, friends, and fur babies, and enjoys shopping outings with her daughters.
