​Stephen Lair is proud to be returning to Aggieland as the franchise owner of Home Instead in College Station. After successfully operating three other Home Instead franchises for the last 15 years, coming back to serve BCS seniors and their families is a dream come true. In 2009, he was selected as a member of the E.A. Morris Fellowship for Emerging Leaders and has been twice chosen as one of WCHL's Hometown Hero Village Pride Award recipients. As an Eagle Scout, Stephen has always had a passion for the outdoors and is heavily involved as the scoutmaster for his local scout troop. Stephen has served as host for a variety of local events such as the Alzheimer's Walk, the National Parkinsons Foundation's Moving Day and Wreaths Across America. Each year, he coordinates several different community service campaigns such as Mission Medicine, Salute To Senior Service and Be A Santa To A Senior. Stephen is also a highly sought after speaker, singer, emcee and auctioneer. As a local expert on aging, Stephen has made appearances on Time Warner Cable News, WCHL, UNCTV, WNCN, WCHL and iHeartradio. Stephen and his wife, Cher, have seven remarkable sons and one incredible daughter: Jackson, Campbell, Sawyer, Houston, Shepherd, Knox, Fisher and Ruby.

As General Manager, Jessica is the leader of the Home Instead family in Bryan/College Station She is tasked with making sure we are not only providing exemplary care but that we are constantly working to elevate the value we offer to the families we are privileged to serve. Jessica is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors in her community and is honored to lead the culture of Home Instead. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in taking care of her family and being a wife and mother to her four amazing children.

After 14 years in the healthcare industry, Brandi has found a home at Home Instead. She works collaboratively with other local senior-care professionals to provide our seniors and their families the assistance they need to live life on their own terms. On the personal side, Brandi finds joy in spending time with her amazing husband and five kiddos.

As our Client Care Coordinator, Jordan has the privilege of putting her passion for people to work every day with our clients and their families. A recent Aggie graduate, Jordan works proactively to identify opportunities to improve the quality of the service we provide. Our mission is based around what we call the 4E's- We work to E xceed the E xpectations of E veryone we E ncounter. Jordan is the tip of the spear for making that dream a reality.

Sadie is a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator/ Nurse Supervisor with a passion for both client care and building strong, compassionate teams. A licensed nurse since 2018, Sadie has spent the majority of her career serving aging adults while providing high-quality, dignified care wherever they call home. Her hands-on experience across diverse settings gives her a unique perspective on the evolving needs of seniors and their families.= As Recruiting Coordinator, she blends clinical insight with a genuine desire to connect the right people with the right roles, ensuring both clients and families benefit from the best possible care. Outside of work, she enjoys being a new mom, cooking, home DIY projects, and ice skating.

On any given day, you will find Erica working in a variety of capacities from assisting with the hiring/screening process, to answering phones, to working directly with clients and their families. Her commitment to serving seniors with compassion, integrity, and respect is evident in everything she does. Guided by her faith, it is clear to see the many ways she approaches her work with a servant's heart.

Kelly rejoined the Home Instead family in 2021 after time as an elementary school teacher. Kelly works behind the scenes to make sure that our financial house is in order. If you have questions about all things related to money, chances are Kelly will be involved. Kelly makes sure that invoices are sent out and processed on a timely basis. She also makes sure the caregivers are paid for all the hard work they do each day. Additionally, she also assists our families with the facilitation of their Long Term Care Insurance claims process and works to make sure our operations are compliant with all applicable rules and regulations.
