Jeremy has worked in higher education and healthcare, including the healthcare community in central and south Texas, for over 20 years. He has built strong relationships with neurologists and the medical community in the surrounding area. In college, Jeremy worked as a care giver and has fond memories of escorting his elderly friend to the country club! Sylvia has worked in the special needs field her entire career and serves as an advocate to families with children with special needs. She worked as a care giver to children while she was in college, one being a live-in position. Additionally, Jeremy and Sylvia have personal experience understanding the challenges, complexities, and joys of being a care giver to a loved one, as their daughter has a rare genetic syndrome. Jeremy and Sylvia feel their professional and personal experiences have prepared them well to serve you and/or your loved one. They are deeply passionate about serving others and believe their clients and families deserve dignity and compassion. Their strongest desire is to provide compassionate care within a strong culture of excellence.

As General Manager, Michelle brings a passion for leadership, organization, and creating a positive experience for both clients and colleagues. She believes in fostering strong relationships, empowering teams, and ensuring every detail contributes to smooth operations and exceptional service. A longtime Hill Country resident, Michelle has called the area home since 2006 and settled in Boerne in 2019. She is a proud mother of two young adult sons, who continue to inspire her and keep her grounded in what matters most. Family is at the heart of everything she does. Michelle enjoys the local markets and stores with friends, walking a trail, or simply relaxing at home with her boys and her dog, watching a movie. Michelle is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by supporting our seniors and families in the Hill Country.

Morgan joined Home Instead in 2026 as a Business Development Advisor. Growing up in Port Neches, Texas in a family full of Aggies inspired her to attend Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a focus in sales. Passionate about relationship building and serving others, Morgan enjoys connecting with people and creating meaningful partnerships within the community. During college, she frequently volunteered at a local assisted living center in College Station, where she developed a deeper appreciation for compassionate care and the importance of supporting older adults and their families.

Office Coordinator

Caren Griffiths joined our team as Office Coordinator in February 2026. She and her husband moved from Corpus Christi to San Antonio in November 2025 to be closer to their grandchildren.

Client Care Coordinator

Ashley Larcom joined the team as the Client Care Coordinator in September of 2025. Ensuring clients feel cared for and everything is in its proper place, Ashley combines compassion, communication, and a love for organization to ensure every client receives the support they deserve. Ashley believes in building meaningful connections with clients and families, making sure everyone feels heard and supported. Colleagues often joke that if something can be color coded, Ashley has already done it-twice.

Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Evan joined Home Instead in August 2025 as the Training & Engagement Coordinator and then transitioned to the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator in August 2026. Born and raised in Canyon Lake, Evan earned a B.S. in Biology from Texas State University in May 2025. While in college, Evan became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2022 and gained hands-on experience as a caregiver in diverse settings, including assisted living, memory care, and home health. With a deep passion for caregiving and a strong belief in the impact of quality care, Evan is dedicated to training and supporting others to deliver compassionate, high-quality service. Outside of work, Evan prefers spending time at home, baking sourdough, and being around her family's animals including a golden retriever named Kai, seven rescue cats, and two birds - Gabby and Sydney! She is in the process of moving from Canyon Lake to Boerne and looks forward to this new and exciting stage in her life.

Lead Care Professional and On-Call Coordinator

Nancy, On Call Coordinator and Lead Care Professional, joined the Home Instead family in 2017 as a Caregiver. She joined the team because God placed a calling in her life to serve seniors and those who needed her most. She had excellent role models growing up as her mom and Grandmother took the role of caregiver as well. In 2020, she joined the office team as an On-Call coordinator and has always shown leadership in caregiving. Nancy grew up in a small town in the Texas panhandle. At a young age, she knew that her calling in life was service to others. Consequently, this led to an extensive career in the food service industry involving many years of various roles including tableside service, staff and restaurant management, and even being the owner-operator of her own successful eating establishment. Nancy has been blessed with two children, a son and a daughter, who themselves have subsequently led very successful lives. In addition, she has earned the title of "Grandmommy" given by her grandchildren of which she absolutely adores. In her leisure, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her dogs, and serving God.

On-Call Coordinator

Celeste lives in Seguin, TX and has served her community in many ways. She was a police office for 7 years before utilizing her criminal justice background as an Investigator working for Child Protective Services.Celeste spent two years teaching criminal justice to spend more time with her son and daughter and is back working fulltime for Child Protective Services. In addition to holding these very demanding fulltime positions, Celeste has been the On Call Supervisor for Home Instead since 2019 at our sister franchise in New Braunfels. We are so thrilled to welcome her to the hill country. Her hobbies include her rescue dogs and spending time with family.

Meet Amber S, a heartbeat of the Home Instead Boerne team. Amber comes to us with a background in i have worked in the medical field my whole working life. i have been a cna, medtech to all the way up to helping rns with ivs and catheters. i have alot of training with dementia/alzheimer's people and have taken alot of courses over the years.. With 4 months at Home Instead, Amber has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.

For Amber, the reward is in the connection. "Helping people who needs assistance with everyday living," Amber shares. Through these shared moments, Amber has learned valuable life lessons, noting, "The importance of self care."

Amber's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Skilled in dementia/alzheimer's, hospice care to end of life, Amber finds joy in the details of each visit. "To listen to the stories from our clients," Amber says of a typical day.

Amber praises the local team for their dedication and communication. "They are very caring and wonderful listeners," Amber notes. "They listen to anything you have to say, they make the time for you."

In every way, Amber reflects the heart of caregiving: consistency, connection, and the quiet pride of knowing you've made someone's life better today.
