Beaumont, TX $40,000– $45,000 + Bonus Opportunities Full-Time | Monday–Friday

At Home Instead, we provide compassionate, non-medical care to seniors. In this role, you’ll help us hire great caregivers and ensure every client receives reliable, consistent care.
What You’ll Do
? Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers (CNAs, PCAs, companions) ? Manage job postings (Indeed + applicant tracking systems) ? Coordinate caregiver schedules and match them with clients ? Fill open shifts and respond quickly to call-offs ? Support caregiver engagement and retention efforts ? Communicate daily with caregivers, clients, and internal team ? Ensure documentation meets company and state standards
What You Bring
? Strong communication and relationship-building skills ? Ability to multitask and make quick decisions ? Highly organized and detail-oriented ? Experience in scheduling, staffing, or recruiting (preferred) ? Comfort with technology (scheduling software, email, ATS)
