Stephanie Dodson - Franchise Owner
Stephanie has worked in the senior care industry for approximately 20 years. Home Instead is by far the most rewarding and challenging opportunity. Stephanie enjoys interacting with the seniors themselves as well as the families and caregivers that help to care for them. She grew up in Lubbock and has two children. Her hobbies include photography and reading as well as spending time with her children.
Samantha Bennett-Hall - Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
As a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, I am deeply committed to finding quality caregivers with a full heart for serving our community. Whether it's supporting the needs of the elderly we serve or our dedicated care professionals, and office staff, I’m deeply passionate about creating meaningful connections and ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued. I thrive on bringing a little laughter into people’s lives while fostering an environment where relationships can grow and thrive. Outside of work, I love learning hobbies like crocheting and taking peaceful walks at the park and in nature. My diverse experiences and personal interests fuel my dedication to making a positive impact, both professionally and personally!
