Welcome! I'm Maggie Lea, Owner of Home Instead in Talbott. Thanks for taking an active role in your (or your loved one's) well-being. Below you'll find practical resources and a clear view of how we help older adults live safely and comfortably at home. We're a local team with a heartfelt commitment to seniors and families. I opened an office in Middle TN in 2009 and added additional locations as our reputation grew. From the start, we built a reputation for hiring outstanding Care Professionals and became a trusted source of companionship and non-medical home care for our community. Operations, Brand Management, Regulatory Compliance Todd joined our team in August of 2014. Todd came to Home Instead with a background and experience in the long-term care field. He has worked in the senior health field for over 15 years. During that time, he has built a network of contacts and resources to assist seniors and their families in the communities with serve. Todd's role as General Manager is focused on managing the our Admin Team and business operations. Todd also manages our community outreach and education programs. Todd has facilitated educational training for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health and Hospice agencies and other organizations who serve and/or care for the senior population coving the topics of Dementia Care, Caregiver Stress and Burn Out, The Long Term Care Continuum among others. Todd is also involved in the Senior Resource Community in many ways. He currently serves as the President of the Council on Aging and Office on Aging, the Co-Chair of the Sevier County and Hamblen Elderwatch Coalition and serves on various boards and committees. Todd is married to his wife Ashley and has two daughters and a son.

As the Business Development Advisor with Home Instead, Anna is focused on fostering strong relationships with our valued referral partners in the communities we serve. She brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, with a deep understanding of senior care, to help build meaningful connections. When she isn't working, you can find her enjoying time with her three wonderful grandchildren, singing, or cheering loudly for the Buffalo Bills!

Caregiver Recruitment and Training Nick joined Home Instead in August 2022. He is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training our amazing caregiver team. With over 7 years of recruiting experience, he says he "loves bringing in new Care Pros and seeing them excel in their roles." Nick loves to spend time with this beautiful wife Victoria and their two wonderful children.

Client Care Plans and Family Liaison Client Care, Quality Assurance Kianah joined the Home Instead Team in 2023 as a caregiver after 5 years prior experience. Kianah is dedicated to client quality and has an amazing ability to grow relationships with seniors and their families. She joined the admin team as our Client Care Coordinator in November of 2024. She is responsible for assessing potential clients and setting up our services. Kianah works with clients and their families to ensure the care we provide is beneficial and enables them to stay as independent as possible. Kianah loves spending time with her little boy and family.

Rebecca is a Lebanon native and mom of two, Rebecca has been with Home Instead for six years. After caring for her uncle and Nanny, she found her calling in helping others. She spent four years as a CarePro and now serves as a Scheduler, supporting both clients and CarePros to ensure dependable, heartfelt care at home.
