Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read about our team. I am beyond blessed to serve local seniors, employ the very best Care Professionals, and to lead a successful, compassionate and hard-working team, all of which I consider family. I began working with Home Instead in 2000. What a journey it has been! I was born and raised in Estill Springs, TN. I have 3 children that are my pride and joy. I chose to work with Home Instead because I have a passion to serve and care for people. I can honestly say there is nothing I would rather be doing with my time. Our team is a group of amazing individuals who each possess several qualities that are geared towards providing the best quality care for local seniors. If you are interested in care for your loved ones or a career as a Care Pro, you have come to the right place! We look forward to serving you!

I was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. I am outnumbered in my home as I have an amazing husband, two incredible sons, and a dog named Loki, and I wouldn't have it any other way! I always joke that I was meant for the boy mom role, because I love superheroes, all things sports related, and adventures. I am a Certified Nurses Assistant and have also worked as a Medical Assistant. Most of my healthcare career has been working with seniors in many different settings. It has been my pleasure caring for them as they teach me the numerous important things that they have learned in their lifetime, and I am excited to come to work every day and work hard to keep them in their own homes with the best caregivers. I always knew I wanted to jump in an office role, because I want to advocate for other caregivers to meet their needs as well as exceed the client's needs. From the minute I met Jessie and interviewed, I knew that Home Instead was the right place for me. To be able to learn from someone who has done it ALL in her own business, is such a blessing. This team is the absolute best around, and it feels great to show up and work together towards our goals. "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others as faithful stewards of God's Grace." 1 Peter 4:10

Service Coordinator

I was born in Puerto Rico. I have traveled a lot in my life through the United States, because I am a military brat. I am married with children. We have 3 dogs. I love my family and my furry babies. Most of my life I have been surrounded by nurses, teachers, and military personnel. To me, they all serviced the community. I wanted to do the same. I have an aunt who is my world. She was a nun (teacher) and a nurse. She showed me what caring for others is all about. She now has Alzheimer's Disease. This is my way of honoring her. I have been scheduling for over 9 years. From my first interview with Home Instead I knew this was the place for me. The place with the heart. I see it and feel it every day. Knowing I can schedule a wonderful CAREGiver with a client gives me peace in my heart.

Care Professional Development Specialist

I'm so glad you're here. My name is Hanna Bradford, and I serve as the Care Pro Development Specialist at Home Instead. I'm a proud alumna of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I earned my bachelor's degree in communications. Outside of work, I am well-loved by my Fiancée and two dogs, Molly and Sophie. I also enjoy gardening and staying active through Yoga, Pilates, hiking, and lifting weights. Home Instead has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember-my mom joined the Home Instead family in 2000, just a year before I was born. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the compassion, dedication, and heart that define our Care Pros and administrative team. It's an honor to now play a role in continuing that legacy. My passion lies in adult education and development. I believe in a human-centered, empathetic approach-meeting people where they are and growing stronger as a team. We're in this together!

Billing and Payroll Specialist

‍My first experience working with seniors came right after high school when I cared for a handful of residents at a facility for seniors with mental disabilities. From day one I was hooked! Over the years I continued caring for seniors and felt blessed to wake up every morning excited to go to work. Now, as the Office Manager for Home Instead, I don't take an active part in caring for our clients, but I am blessed to act as advocate for them in my behind the scenes role. This work is truly where my heart is!

Laura Ruff

Laura Ruff

Office Coordinator

Hey ya'll! I'm the mom to three beautiful, amazing and often wild and rambunctious kiddos ranging in age from five to sixteen. I'm the wife to a dedicated and loving husband. In our home we love God, family, corgis, baseball, and lake days. I'm a new employee of Home Instead, but I've found my place back in the workforce after many years of raising babies and doing ALL the things moms do to keep their families alive and thriving. Now that I'm here, I feel as though this is exactly where I need to be and I couldn't be happier to be part of the Home Instead team! I've always had an enormous amount of admiration for the elderly and my affection for them makes this job not feel like a j.o.b. to me! I love working for Home Instead and the feeling I get each day by doing work that is in line with my core values. Coming to work each day knowing that I'm serving a cherished part of my community from a place of compassion, integrity, and grace is something that I not only have great appreciation for but also take very seriously. Caring for others is something that's always come naturally to me and now I'm blessed to be a part of a company that prides themselves on providing a service that puts the well-being of our clients first.
