Matt Noll

Matt Noll

Owner

Matt purchased East Tennessee Senior Care, Inc. to setup the Maryville Franchise in 2022 to be in position to give back to the community and help provide aging adults with an option to live at home and age with dignity and pride. He saw firsthand the importance of being able to keep a parent at home as his father struggled with Alzheimer's at the family home. He has spent his professional career of 40 plus years at the top of several different industries and has stayed true to his core principle throughout "deliver on your commitments every time" and this venture is no different. Matt lives in Maryville with his dog Luna and enjoys most outdoor activities.

Hannah Aldridge

Hannah Aldridge

Client Care Manager

I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, where I completed high school and college. I spent 32 years in the transportation industry, focusing on customer service and sales, which gave me the chance to lead projects across the U.S. and abroad. Though I've lived in Mississippi and Florida, Tennessee has always felt like home. After returning, I worked in the medical field, gaining experience with providers and insurance across six states. One of my greatest honors has been caring for my aunts, Dorothy and Ora, who raised me after I lost my parents. Supporting them in their later years inspired my lifelong commitment to helping seniors live with dignity and joy. In my free time, I enjoy visiting loved ones, watching classic films, caring for my rabbit Myrtle, and planning my future lakefront home.
