Todd joined our team in August of 2014. He came to Home Instead with a background in long-term care and has worked in the senior health field for over 15 years. During that time, he has built a network of contacts and resources to assist seniors and their families in the communities we serve. Todd's role as General Manager is focused on managing our Administrative Team and business operations. He also manages our education and community outreach programs. Todd has facilitated educational training for Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health and Hospice Agencies, and other organizations who serve and/or care for the senior population, covering topics including Dementia Care, Caregiver Stress & Burnout, and The Long Term Care Continuum, among others. Todd is married to his wife, Ashley. They have two daughters and a son.

Jennifer is the Office Manager at Home Instead in Lebanon and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference in people’s lives. She loves building relationships, helping others, and bringing a little fun and positivity to the office each day. Outside of work, Jennifer is a proud mom of three boys and loves spending time with her family, cheering from the sidelines at soccer games, and making memories with the people she loves most.

I often describe myself as a “Jill of all trades,” but my most cherished roles are being a wife of nearly 18 years, a mother of five, and a Mimi to one beautiful granddaughter. My caregiving journey began at age 12, when I helped care for my disabled mother. That experience ultimately led to a lifelong calling. Since beginning my healthcare career in 1998, I have worked in several areas of the field, but geriatrics holds a special place in my heart. I am passionate about helping older adults receive the dignity, compassion, and quality care they deserve. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business/Healthcare Management, with the goal of one day owning and operating a healthcare business centered on compassionate care. Outside of work and school, I enjoy watching my favorite shows, playing games, traveling, and making memories with my family.

Originally from Colorado, I moved to Tennessee because of my dad’s involvement in the entertainment industry, including appearances on Hee Haw and The Ralph Emery Show. As the youngest of nine children, family has always been a huge part of my life and has helped shape the person I am today. Outside of work, I love softball and spending time with my family, especially my grandbaby. I enjoy connecting with people, making others feel welcome, and bringing a positive attitude wherever I go. Being part of Home Instead gives me the opportunity to combine my love for people and family with work that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.

Amy M. is proud to be part of the Home Instead team, where she has the opportunity to connect with compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. She grew up in Nashville and now calls Lebanon home. Happily married for 26 years, she is a proud mom to two daughters, ages 19 and 28. Family is incredibly important to her and has taught her the value of compassion, patience, commitment, and building meaningful relationships. She is grateful to be part of an organization that shares her belief that caring for others can truly make a difference.

Since joining Home Instead in 2022, I have gained hands-on experience both as a caregiver and different roles within our Human Resource department. I currently serve as an Administrative Assistant after returning from an extended leave to welcome my twin girls, who were born on Thanksgiving morning 2025. My passion for senior care began with the example of my mother’s healthcare career and grew through helping seniors in my church community. I value teamwork and strive to bring kindness, encouragement, and dependable support to both our staff and the clients and families we serve.

Hi, I am Tricia G. I am from Hartsville, Tennessee but live in Lebanon. I have a passion for serving others. After building a career as a nurse, I transitioned into marketing with Home Instead, where I combine my healthcare experience with a commitment to helping older adults and their families find compassionate, personalized care. I feel that my clinical background gives me a unique perspective on the needs of seniors, allowing me to build meaningful relationships within the community and advocate for families.
