Bryson

Bryson

Franchise Owner

Bryson was born and raised in Brighton, Tennessee and graduated from Christian Brothers University in 1984 and Mid-America Seminary in 1990. His wife Linda, was born and raised in Michigan but has family ties to West Tennessee and grew up visiting her family down here in the summers. They have been married for over 30 years and worked together to bring Home Instead to Jackson and West Tennessee in 2008 bringing with them Bryson's years of experience in the senior care field and Linda's ability to compassionately care for those around her. Bryson has now worked in the senior care industry for over 30 years and has helped countless families navigate the complex issues that arise throughout the aging process. Linda has served right along-side him in various capacities through the years and now enjoys making the office a place of peace, comfort and hospitality for all who enter. Bryson and Linda enjoy travelling, grilling, RVing and spending time with their family.

Brooke

Brooke

Director of Operations

Brooke was raised in Milan, TN along with many generations of her family. Brooke received an MBA from Union University and is a proud Alumni and member of Renaissance Choir at Bethel University. Brooke has a passion for providing Alzheimer's care and has worked in a professional setting as a Caregiver and has provided special care and attention to her family. Brooke's grandmother, affectionally know as Memaw, had a long journey with Alzheimer's Disease. Brooke hopes through her experience she may offer hope to families and the Jackson community that there is life after a diagnosis and there are resources, like Home Instead, to help you through difficult circumstances. Brooke serves as Outreach Director for her church, New Covenant, in Medina and in her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with the people she loves most. Brooke rejoined the Home Instead family in 2021 and is overjoyed to be an advocate for the aging population and our exceptional Care Professionals.

Jared

Director of Client Services

Jared was born and raised in Medina, TN and is proud to call Gibson Co home. Jared attended Union University studying nursing and played tuba for the Union Band. Jared went on to complete his LPN Degree at Tennessee Technology Center of Jackson in 2012. Jared married Amber in 2017, and together have a son named Asher. Jared enjoys doing things with family, and spending time outdoors. Jared is also very involved in the church that was founded by his late father, Tim Clark. Jared plays bass for the worship team and enjoys being active in the men's ministry. Jared joined Home Instead in 2022 after working at the Tennessee State Veterans Home as a nurse for over 10 years. Jared is passionate about providing the highest quality of care, providing up to 24-hour care as needed. Jared's attention to detail, education, and skills helps put families concerns at ease.

Melanie

Business Development Advisor

Melanie was born and raised in Jackson, Tennessee, where she grew up in a close-knit family and community. She graduated from Union University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. Melanie shared a special bond with her grandparents and was deeply involved in their care as they aged. This experience gave her a meaningful understanding of the many facets of the aging process and how it impacts not only older adults, but also their families, friends, and caregivers. She is passionate about helping families feel informed, supported, and prepared for each stage of aging, whether that means assisting loved ones or ensuring seniors receive the highest quality care and access to available resources. In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, pursuing photography, and caring for her two Australian Shepherds.

Rachel

Rachel

Service & On Call Manager

Rachel was raised in West Alton, Missouri, and later made West Tennessee her home. Her experience caring for her grandmother inspired a lasting commitment to supporting others, and she has served as a caregiver in many seasons of her life. Rachel enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and photography. Rachel brings experience supporting adults with physical, mental, and behavioral disabilities, as well as individuals affected by substance use and mental health challenges. Her work is guided by a simple goal: to ensure that every client and Care Pro feel heard, supported, and confident that their concerns will be handled with care.

HR & Recruitment Manager

Audri was born and raised in Tupelo, Mississippi, and now calls Jackson, Tennessee, home with her husband, Jarrod, and their family. She and her family are active in their church and enjoy serving in different facets. She is a graduate of Blue Mountain College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. Audri brings healthcare experience and a personal understanding of caregiving through the care she provided to her grandparents. Audri is passionate about helping provide exceptional care for older adults throughout the West Tennessee community.

Melanie

Office Coordinator

Melanie is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and now calls Milan home. She and her husband, Billy, have a close-knit family, and she is affectionately known as Nana. Melanie is involved in church activities and enjoys traveling, yard work, and camping in her spare time. Melanie brings extensive customer service, workforce development, and management experience to Home Instead. She enjoys being a welcoming presence for clients, families, Care Pros, and visitors—whether she is helping over the phone or greeting someone in the office.

Calista

Calista

Partnership Development

Calista was born and raised in Mayfield, Kentucky, and graduated from Murray State University. Her career has included work with West Tennessee Healthcare, where she helped develop the Healthy Start Program and provided counseling and rehabilitation support to families and children. Her personal experience as a caregiver for her late husband, Barry, deepened her appreciation for compassionate, supportive services. Calista also served as a program coordinator for WRAP, supporting communities across West Tennessee. She later fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening a boutique in downtown Jackson. In her spare time, Calista enjoys traveling, reading historical novels, and spending time with her family. In Partnership Development, Calista draws on her professional experience, community connections, and personal caregiving perspective to help others learn about the support Home Instead provides.
