Lead Care Pro (Caregiver)

Full-Time | $15–$18/hr (with growth) | Guaranteed 40 Hours

Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable and compassionate Lead Care Pro (Caregiver) to provide high-quality, client-centered care while setting the standard for excellence on our team. This role is ideal for caregivers with hands-on experience—professional or personal—who are ready to take on a leadership presence in the field.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Must have flexible availability to meet client needs
• Required: 1–2 weekends per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in a home setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor, document, and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans with accuracy and consistency
• Serve as a lead caregiver, modeling professionalism and quality care
• Communicate effectively with team members and office staff to ensure continuity of care

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or personal family caregiving)
• Experience with multiple levels of care, including:
  • Alzheimer’s and dementia care
  • Hospice and end-of-life support
  • Safe transfers and mobility assistance (Hoyer lift experience preferred)
• Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm in changing situations
