In 1995, Rob graduated Cum Laude from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He also holds a CPA certificate, of which he specialized in the health care field. In September 2004, the Home Instead franchise was established for the Upper Cumberland. Rob believes it is a privilege to be a part of someone's life and play a role in assisting them in remaining independent. He wants to insure successful aging and a quality of life for our Seniors today and in the future. [email protected]

Director of Operations

Renee has been with Home Instead since March of 2006. She was a CAREGiver for a year before taking an office position as Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She was then promoted to Service Coordinator, Office Manager, General Manager and now her role is Director of Operations for the Cookeville and Crossville offices. She was born and raised in Cookeville, but now resides in Baxter. She has four children and her favorite hobby is being Nana to her grandbabies. Renee is passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence. With Renee's promotion to Director of Operations, she oversees the operations of the Cookeville and Crossville offices. Some of her duties include managing the CAREGivers, arranging schedules, and ensuring compatibility between the clients and their CAREGivers. All these duties help assure the families that their loved ones are being taken care of around the clock. When Renee thinks of Home Instead, she thinks Caring, Compassionate, Loyal, and Trustworthy. Renee has a strong desire to give back to seniors as they have given to others all their lives. She loves that she is helping people to stay in their homes as long as possible. [email protected]

Director of Service Coordination

Elizabeth is a Monterey native but now resides in Cookeville with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Kolton and Bailey. She has an LPN background and has been with Home Instead since 2006. She was a CAREGiver for two years, received her Alzheimer's Training certification, and then was promoted to an office position as Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She is now our Director of Service Coordination for the Upper Cumberland, where she is responsible for overseeing total operations of the scheduling department. Elizabeth and her department ensure Client and CAREGiver satisfaction by creating lasting matches. Elizabeth is passionate about ensuring the best care possible is provided to the seniors of the Upper Cumberland so that they may remain at home for as long as possible. She loves the personal interaction with CAREGivers and Clients and believes Home Instead is a valuable resource for our community. [email protected]

Trish Kendrick

Office Manager-Crossville

Trish began her journey with Home Instead as a CAREGiver in July of 2014. That same year she was brought into the office as Administrative Assistant. She has also held positions in Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, Client Care Coordinator and Service Coordinator. In 2018 Trish was promoted to Office Manager. She oversees the daily operations, offers assistance to her team, and continues to help build strong relationships between clients and CAREGivers. She is a Crossville native, and still lives here with her husband and son. Trish is excited and honored to be in this role and plans to use her experiences to assure that Home Instead continues to provide the highest quality of services.​ [email protected]

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator-Cookeville

Rebecca became a Care Professional in October of 2018, and was selected to be the Care Professional of the Month and then the 2019 Care Professional of the Year. In January of 2020, Rebecca was brought into the office as the Administrative Assistant. By March 2020, she moved into the role of Service Coordinator. Then, in June of 2021, Rebecca became the Service Coordination Manager. Now, as of June 2024, she has moved into the role of Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. She looks forward to bringing in excellent new Care Professionals to be part of the Home Instead team to provide quality service for the Upper Cumberland. Rebecca is an East Tennessee native. After living in several different states, she settled in Cookeville in 2017. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, music, games, reading and crafting hobbies with her husband and child. Katlyn has always enjoyed caring for others. Her background involves CNA work at a facility and home care. She was a Care Pro for a year and a half before coming into the office as service coordinator. She has a husband and 2 children who motivate her to be her best self-daily. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family and work by helping others in any way she can. [email protected]

Natasha began her CAREGiving journey with Home Instead in July of 2017 after looking to get back into the medical field. She is a former CNA who truly enjoys helping others. Natasha soon joined our On-Call team and became a Lead CAREGiver. Since then Natasha has been a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator and is now a Service Coordinator. Natasha is a part of an important team that is providing our clients with top notch care every day. Natasha has a son named Miles which her world revolves around. She enjoys traveling and being able to make new experiences and memories with him. We look forward to Natasha's path with Home Instead and to see what she brings to the table here in the Crossville area. [email protected]

Amanda was born and raised in Crossville. Amanda demonstrated a passion for her clients and a drive for her career, due to this she quickly climbed our career path. Amanda is now our Client Care Coordinator. In this role, she focuses on our amazing Care Professionals and Clients.
