Your Home Instead franchise offices in Cookeville and Crossville are established in the Upper Cumberland. Since 2004, Home Instead has been providing top quality non-medical care to our seniors and employment to our Care Professional staff. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking Experienced Care Professionals to join our team.

Job Description

Give your passion a purpose At Home Instead, our Care Professionals assist seniors with social engagement and activities of daily living as meal preparation, personal services, household duties and hospice support.

• Work 20 or more hours a week
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Successfully complete a criminal background check and DMV check
• Previous related experience preferred but not necessary-skills training provided by Home Instead
• complete our world-class Care Professional training program
• Reporting hours according to office policy
• Intermediate knowledge on technology (i.E. clocking in/out)

Essential Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 18 years or older
• Holds the minimum education, experience and skills to perform responsibilities
• Complete a criminal background check, three professional references and three personal references
