David joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2009 as the Operations Manager/Sales Manager. In March of 2014, David and Julie took over ownership of the franchise with the goal of assisting every senior out there in our service area to be able to stay in the comfort of their own home as long as possible. Our goal is to show God's love in all we do and glorify HIM. David and Julie have two amazing children, Colt and Mattie who are the loves of their life. David and Julie both love the outdoors and love to hunt and fish and spend valuable time with both of their children.

Savannah graduated from Dalton State College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Administration in Management and a Minor in Human Resource Management. She joined Home Instead in August of 2020 after previously working in management for 5 years. Savannah married her high school sweetheart in October of 2019, and together they are welcomed their daughter, Ava, in May of 2023. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, and she enjoys going to the movies.

Heather was born and raised in Deltona, FL. She moved to Tennessee in 2024 after she retired from the Navy, while making a new home for her beautiful young family. Heather started with Home Instead in October of 2024 as a caregiver. She is looking forward to her new position in the office where she will be able to enhance her talents to help the company. In Heather's free time, she enjoys writing, reading, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Olga was born in Havana, Cuba, is fully bilingual and has enjoyed US citizenship since the 1970s. She achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and studied at the graduate level at Washington University in Saint Louis, MO. After a multi-decade career in finance and marketing, she stepped away to take care of several family members, first becoming aware of Home Instead as a client in 2003. She is passionate about the health, dignity and security of people at all stages of life, especially the chronically sick and elderly. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, live music, running a non-profit farmers market, and cuddles with her beloved cat, Smoochie.

Justin was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. He has been married to his wonderful wife for six years and has a great five-year-old son named Jax. He has spent the last 10 plus years of his life dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their family members in his community. His hobbies include camping, fishing, and traveling. He is the newest member of our Home Instead team and is thrilled to begin his exciting new endeavor.

Donzella earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Administration with a management concentration from the University of Phoenix in 2016. In 2020, she pursued a Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Belhaven University. Throughout her career, Donzella has held various roles in clerical, data entry, leadership, and community engagement. Donzella cherishes family time, especially with her 17-year-old daughter, a high school senior, and her loving husband. Gatlinburg, TN, holds a special place in their hearts due to its family-friendly atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and enjoyable events.

Teresa was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. She married the love of her life and has two sons and two granddaughters. She has a pug named Boog who was named by her granddaughter. Teresa loves to go hiking, sightseeing the mountains, and vacationing on the beach. She has been working for Home Instead as a Care Professional for 5 years before her transition to Administrative Assistant. She is very excited about her new adventure, and she is eager to learn and help where she can!

I’m excited to join the team as a Front Desk professional! I bring a diverse background in caregiving, security, developmental support, and front office administration, giving me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and working with others. Originally from Las Vegas, I’ve called Tennessee home for nearly two years. Outside of work, I’m a huge animal and book lover, and I enjoy spending my free time with my family. I look forward to getting to know everyone!
