David joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2009 as the Operations Manager/Sales Manager. In March of 2014, David and Julie took over ownership of the franchise with the goal of assisting every senior out there in our service area to be able to stay in the comfort of their own home as long as possible. Our goal is to show God's love in all we do and glorify HIM. David and Julie have two amazing children, Colt and Mattie who are the loves of their life. David and Julie both love the outdoors and love to hunt and fish and spend valuable time with both of their children.

Savannah graduated from Dalton State College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Administration in Management and a Minor in Human Resource Management. She joined Home Instead in August of 2020 after previously working in management for 5 years. Savannah married her high school sweetheart in October of 2019, and together they are welcomed their daughter, Ava, in May of 2023. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, and she enjoys going to the movies.

Heather was born and raised in Deltona, FL. She moved to Tennessee in 2024 after she retired from the Navy, while making a new home for her beautiful young family. Heather started with Home Instead in October of 2024 as a caregiver. She is looking forward to her new position in the office where she will be able to enhance her talents to help the company. In Heather's free time, she enjoys writing, reading, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Melinda has a dedicated background in the funeral service industry and hands-on experience as a caregiver, bringing a deep sense of compassion and professionalism to her role as a Client Care Coordinator with Home Instead. She is committed to serving and supporting our community and clients with grace, empathy, and respect. Outside of her professional life, Melinda enjoys spending time with her children and boyfriend, gardening, swimming, and appreciating the outdoors.

Donzella earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Administration with a management concentration from the University of Phoenix in 2016. In 2020, she pursued a Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Belhaven University. Throughout her career, Donzella has held various roles in clerical, data entry, leadership, and community engagement. Donzella cherishes family time, especially with her 17-year-old daughter, a high school senior, and her loving husband. Gatlinburg, TN, holds a special place in their hearts due to its family-friendly atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and enjoyable events.

Teresa was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. She married the love of her life and has two sons and two granddaughters. She has a pug named Boog who was named by her granddaughter. Teresa loves to go hiking, sightseeing the mountains, and vacationing on the beach. She has been working for Home Instead as a Care Professional for 5 years before her transition to Administrative Assistant. She is very excited about her new adventure, and she is eager to learn and help where she can!

Mary was born and raised in Georgia. She got her Associates Degree in billing and coding. Mary loves spending time with her family and dogs. She loves the outdoors; loves to go camping and hiking in her spare time. Mary also loves flowers/plants and palms are one of her favorites. She's excited to see where this new position takes her.

Juan Carlo was born and raised in Makati City, Philippines. He has a deep passion for connecting with people and building meaningful relationships. He has a dog named Casper, who brings him joy and companionship. Juan Carlo enjoys riding motorcycles, playing guitar, and going to the beach to relax and unwind. He has over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, including leadership roles in sales, customer service, and healthcare support. He is currently working in the healthcare field, assisting patients with scheduling and care coordination. Juan Carlo is excited to continue growing in his career, and he is eager to learn, contribute, and make a positive impact wherever he goes.
