Spanish-Speaking Caregiver – Temporary Assignment

Position: Spanish-Speaking Caregiver
Schedule: 8 Hours Per Day
Assignment Length: Approximately 1 Month
Job Type: Temporary Caregiving Assignment

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Spanish-speaking caregiver for a temporary one-month assignment. The caregiver must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish with the client and provide reliable, consistent care for 8 hours each day.

Responsibilities

?Provide companionship and supervision to the client

?Communicate with the client primarily in Spanish

?Assist with activities of daily living as needed

?Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care as needed

?Prepare meals and assist with light meal planning

?Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care

?Provide medication reminders as directed

?Assist with mobility and maintaining a safe home environment

?Document care provided and communicate any changes or concerns to the office

?Arrive on time and remain dependable throughout the full assignment

Requirements

?Must be able to speak and understand Spanish

?Must be available to work 8-hour shifts daily for approximately one month

?Previous caregiving experience preferred

?Dependable transportation

?Ability to pass required background screening and pre-employment requirements

?Compassionate, patient, professional, and dependable

?Must be comfortable providing personal care when needed

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can commit to the entire one-month assignment and provide the client with consistency and dependable care. Because communication is important for this client, Spanish-speaking ability is required.
