Sundae's role is overseeing operations in the various departments at Home Instead. Sundae makes sure that the team has the resources they need to ensure quality care for our clients. Sundae enjoys meeting with families to discuss options that their Senior loved one has. Sundae is an expert in navigating thru the Senior Care Journey. As a General Manager, Sundae oversees the daily operations of Home Instead Senior Care ensuring that the Home Instead Senior Care Team continually exceeds the expectations of everyone we encounter. "I am overjoyed when I see our Caregivers honor and love our Veterans and their families in the Community". One such person dear to Sundae's heart is her husband's grandmother who is 94 years old and a surviving spouse of a WW 2 Veteran. Sundae reached out to the VA and assisted the family in gathering the needed information to help her husband's grandmother qualify for the Aid and Attendance benefit program which helps pay for non-medical home care. Sundae will go the extra mile in gathering information and contacting the VA, to assist a Veteran or surviving spouse in obtaining benefits to remain at home. For Sundae, reaching as many local Veterans and their family members to inform them of how to obtain home care benefits remains very personal to her. This passion and love for Veterans stems from being an Army Employee in her early career years. "I understand the need and desire Veterans have to age in place, at home. Stacey Wilson is no stranger to Home Instead as she previously was a Nurse for the Fredericksburg, VA Home Instead. Stacey and her husband recently moved to NC. We consider the timing of their move to be such a blessing as we had an opening for a Nurse! Stacey has worked in hospitals, home health and home care. She has a passion to assist Seniors age in place. Stacey enjoys training all of our Care Pros from both offices and being a resource for families. Welcome HOME Stacey!

Patty spent 15 years in volunteer management before leaving the workforce in 2008 to care for her mother, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. During that time, her mother was a client of Home Instead Senior Care. After her mother's death in 2010, Patty decided to become a professional CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care. Since becoming Recruitment Coordinator in September 2012, Patty has been responsible for selecting and hiring new CAREGivers. Patty is the first-born child of a career Air Force family, moving frequently throughout her life to many tours of duty both in the US and overseas. She received her college education from Inter-American University in Puerto Rico and Memphis State University in Tennessee. When she's not at Home Instead Senior Care, Patty can be found gardening or spending time with her dog.

Chelsey has a dynamic personality and loves helping people. She has been in the health care field for numerous years with her specialty being Alzheimer's care. She and her Alz team raised several thousand dollars for the Alz Memory Walk. She is passionate about finding a cure for this horrific disease that impacts so many. Chelsey's role at Home Instead is the liaison between the Care Pro and the Client. She works alongside the Care Pro to ensure compatibility. She enjoys assisting families with honoring their Senior loved one's wishes to remain at home.

Khristina brings a professional and detailed work ethic as she assists Client's and Caregivers with their schedules. Khristina's background has been in healthcare for over 12 years. She enjoys problem-solving and everything is "figureoutable" to Khristina! Khristina assists new Clients with putting a customized schedule into place to ensure the Client will receive the home care they come to love and deserve. Khristina brings a ball of sunshine into the office every day, and if you have the privilege of speaking with her on the phone, you may detect a joyful and pretty smile too!

Mary brings years of client care management experience to Home Instead, from managing clients who are in local facilities to building relationships with healthcare professionals, Mary's caring and compassionate heart opens doors and builds bridges in our Community. ​Kelly followed the Career Path at Home Instead first as a CG and currently in her new role assisting our HR build an exceptional team of CAREGivers. Kelly knows what it takes to be an CG and she is searching to find those that embrace our mission! " I first started in November of 2017 with an elderly lady named Ms. C. She was such a sweet lady with loads of knowledge about life. I enjoyed sitting and talking with her during our 4 hour shifts twice a week. We would go to Midtown Sundries, Wal-Mart, and Rite-Aid. She passed in March and it was an honor to care for her and I thank Home Instead for placing me with her. I really thought of her like family and really looked forward to spending time with her.
