Owner

Sandi Martin is the Franchise Owner of Home Instead in the counties of Greenville, Spartanburg, Cherokee and Union in South Carolina. She has a heartfelt desire to work with seniors and their families in our community. She has seen firsthand the difficulties of caring for aging family members who live away from her family geographically. She is a board member for Alzheimer's Walk of Spartanburg and also at the Shepard's Center. Home Instead Senior Care has made it their mission and to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families across the globe. Sandi is making it her mission to continue to do just that in Spartanburg and Cherokee counties. "We want to provide quality, trustworthy, affordable non-medical companionship and in-home care services to our seniors which will allow them to remain living independently in their own homes." Sandi continues "Our staff is an outstanding team of compassionate CAREGivers and office personnel. Together, Home Instead Senior Care will continue to be responsive, courteous, and focused on meeting your needs. We pledge to work tirelessly to maintain the reputation of trust that this office has worked so diligently to develop in our community." Sandi has been married to her husband, E.P. for 25 years. They are raising three beautiful children; Audrey, Porter and Mackenzie. "We have called Spartanburg our home for the past 19 years. We are very active in the community, with sports schools and church. It has been my aspiration and true reward that has led me down the path of ownership of this Home Instead Senior Care Team. I consider myself blessed with the opportunity to give back in a very unique and rewarding way."

Amber joined our team as a CAREGiver in July of 2017. She has been a CNA for 7 years and has always had a passion for helping others. She brought such a youthful and inspiring attitude to her clients that we knew we needed that in our office. Later in 2017, she joined our office staff and has been committed to our CAREGivers and our clients. Her talent and respect for other CAREGivers has made her an excellent addition to our office. She currently lives in Roebuck, SC with her husband and 3 daughters. She works endlessly to keep our company running smoothly 24/7.

Shanika Tucker

Before joining our team, Shanika had countless medical experiences. Between working at hospitals, with hospice and doing CNA work, she has seen it all. Shanika has been a CNA since 2010 and her biggest priority is to find the most hardworking and loving caregivers to join our team. She is from Union, SC and has three children (Malak, Shariah and Israel). In her free time, she loves to decorate houses and spend time with friends.

Yandra Lallave is a healthcare professional with more than 25 years of experience serving individuals, families, and healthcare organizations throughout South Carolina. Her career began as a filing clerk and has grown to include direct patient support, healthcare marketing, business ownership, and community outreach, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare continuum. Throughout her career, Yandra has built strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and community organizations. She is passionate about connecting individuals and families with the resources they need to remain safe, independent, and supported. As the Director of Community Relations for Home Instead, Yandra is committed to developing meaningful partnerships that improve access to compassionate, non-medical home care services. She specializes in community engagement, referral development, strategic networking, and educating healthcare professionals and families about aging in place, dementia care, respite care, and personalized in-home support. Known for her compassion, integrity, and dedication to service, Yandra strives to make a lasting impact by strengthening relationships within the community and helping families navigate care with confidence and dignity.

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Chariah Tucker is a dedicated Quality Assurance Coordinator with a heart for service and a passion for excellence in home care. At just 23 years old, she has already built a reputation for being compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented in everything she does. Born and raised in Union, South Carolina, Chariah understands the value of community and connection. She began her career in home care as a caregiver, where she provided hands-on support to clients and families. Through her commitment, strong work ethic, and natural leadership ability, she transitioned into her current office role as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. In her position, Chariah conducts client visits, supports caregivers, ensures compliance standards are met, and works closely with families to maintain high-quality, consistent care. Her firsthand experience in the field gives her a unique perspective - she understands both the caregiver's responsibilities and the client's needs, allowing her to bridge the gap between compassion and accountability. Known for being sweet, approachable, and intelligent, Chariah combines empathy with professionalism. She values clear communication, organization, and continuous improvement. She takes pride in helping her agency maintain excellent service standards while creating a positive experience for clients and staff alike. Outside of work, Chariah is a proud mother to her one-year-old daughter, Makenzie, who inspires her daily to lead with patience, strength, and purpose. Her dedication to both her career and her family reflects her strong character and determination to build a meaningful life centered around care, growth, and impact.

Scheduling Coordinator

MJ joined Home Instead in June 2026. She was born and raised in the Philippines and is a proud mother of two. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her kids and family, and playing pickleball with friends on the weekends. She has worked across the healthcare, insurance, travel, and facilities management industries, building strong skills in client communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

Weekend Scheduling Coordinator

Tyrone Guillergan is an experienced operations and analytics professional with over 15 years of expertise in workforce management, reporting automation, web development, and customer service operations. Based in Iloilo City, Philippines, he has built a career focused on improving workflows, strengthening team performance, and delivering reliable digital solutions that support business growth. Throughout his career, Tyrone has led reporting and analytics initiatives, managed workforce teams, and developed dashboards and automated systems that enhance operational visibility and efficiency. His technical background allows him to bridge both operational strategy and execution, from data analysis and CRM management to website development using modern platforms such as Softr, Framer, and WordPress. Known for his strong attention to detail, structured approach, and collaborative mindset, Tyrone specializes in process improvement, scheduling coordination, data reporting, and digital platform support. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of San Agustin, providing a solid technical foundation that continues to shape his work today.
