I contacted Home Instead for my sister-in-law who had broken her hip and lived alone. Out of three service providers, Home Instead was the only one who answered my call with a live person! And they continued to always be available to our every request and need. Thank you for providing such great service during a difficult time. I want to give a huge shout out to Patty and Jackie who are incredible caregivers and have made the process of having someone in my home take care of me while I recover from a fractured arm and surgery so much easier and comfortable than I ever thought would be possible. We needed help immediately and within 24 hours, a representative met my family member in the hospital to get everything set up for in-home care by the time of discharge. Caregivers worked hard to take care of every need, and I kept in the loop with it all through the online portal.
