My late husband, Kurt, and I had the privilege of working together since 2008, serving seniors throughout Cumberland and Perry Counties. In 2010, we were honored to expand our reach by purchasing an additional territory, allowing us to serve families in Adams and Franklin Counties as well.

Eric is a Penn State University graduate where he earned a bachelor's degree in business management with a focus in organizational behavior and leadership. Since graduating, he worked as an operations manager and successfully opened and operated a dental office in York, PA. He has several years of business management experience to bring to our team and is excited to be making an impact in our office as well as in the community. Eric resides in York, PA with his wife, Abby, and their 2 children. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, and golfing.

Amy started working at Home Instead in 2004. She performed many roles in the office including General Manager of our Cumberland County office. With over 20 years of experience with Home Instead, Amy is passionate about helping our offices and Care Professionals promote our mission throughout the community. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Science. Amy finds joy in knowing that Home Instead is impacting the community by providing quality Care Professionals and serving seniors by allowing them to stay safe and comfortable in their home. Amy currently lives in Harrisburg with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys baking, watching movies and running in her free time.

Lydia has always had a passion for helping others, starting with caring for her grandmother. As her caregiver, she found immense fulfillment in supporting her grandma's health and happiness. This prompted her to become a Care Professional in 2023 when she joined Home Instead- York. She quickly became a favorite amongst her clients and recently transitioned into the role of Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Transitioning from Care Professional to Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator has given her a unique perspective on caregiving from both sides which helps her hire and mentor new Care Professionals. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, exploring nature through hiking, and enjoying playful moments with her cat, Pipsqueak.

Jan began her journey with Home Instead in 2019 as a Care Professional. Driven by a desire to help seniors in our community, she found great joy in assisting her clients with their daily needs. Later, she transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Manager and Service Coordinator where she worked closely with our Care Professionals to ensure each client received our highest standard of quality care. Her diverse experience at Home Instead enhances her current role as a Care Pro Administrative Assistant, where she engages daily with both our clients and Care Professionals. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Stacy is our Home Care Consultant and she enjoys meeting with new and current clients and their families to educate them on how to safely remain in the places they call home. After assessing their environment, Stacy creates a customized care plan that is unique to their individual needs. Stacy graduated from York College with a degree in Sociology and Psychology. After moving out of the area for her career, she is happy to be back in York, Pa. Through her career, she discovered her true passion-- helping people and ensuring they get the exceptional care they deserve! Stacy lives locally in Red Lion with her husband. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her 3 sons, and her baby granddaughter!

Kya brings six years of home care experience to her role as our Service Coordinator. She works closely with each client to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with Care Professionals to create personalized, optimal schedules. She is passionate about helping people age comfortably, safely, and independently in the place they call home. Kya lives in Spring Grove with her 2 daughters and 3 cats and she enjoys reading and gardening.
