My late husband, Kurt, and I began our journey together in 2008, with a shared passion for serving seniors and their families throughout Cumberland and Perry Counties. In 2010, we were fortunate to expand our reach by acquiring an additional territory in Adams and Franklin Counties. Following Kurt's passing in 2019, I remained committed to continuing the legacy we built together. In 2024, I proudly expanded our mission by independently acquiring the York County territory, allowing us to serve even more seniors and families throughout South Central Pennsylvania.

Eric Morrison serves as our President, overseeing our Chambersburg, Lemoyne, and York locations. Eric contributes to leading the organization’s continued growth and commitment to providing exceptional care to older adults and their families. A graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a focus in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Eric has built a strong track record of success in business management, operations, and leadership. He is passionate about developing strong teams, creating a positive workplace culture, and making a meaningful impact in our communities. Eric resides in York with his wife, Abby, their two children, and their French Bulldog.

Lydia’s passion for helping others began while caring for her grandmother, inspiring her to become a Care Professional with Home Instead York in 2023. After becoming a favorite among her clients, she transitioned into the role of Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, where her caregiving experience helps her recruit and support new Care Professionals. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their son, Griffin, as well as hiking and trail running.

Jan began her journey with Home Instead in 2019 as a Care Professional. Driven by a desire to help seniors in our community, she found great joy in assisting her clients with their daily needs. Later, she transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Manager and Service Coordinator where she worked closely with our Care Professionals to ensure each client received our highest standard of quality care. Her diverse experience at Home Instead enhances her current role as a Care Pro Administrative Assistant, where she engages daily with both our clients and Care Professionals. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Kya brings six years of home care experience to her role as our Service Coordinator. She works closely with each client to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with Care Professionals to create personalized, optimal schedules. She is passionate about helping people age comfortably, safely, and independently in the place they call home. Kya lives in Spring Grove with her 2 daughters and 3 cats and she enjoys reading and gardening.

Teena is committed to building trusted relationships with community partners, clients and families, to understand their unique needs, and help ensure they feel supported, heard, and confident in the care they receive. She values the opportunity to help coordinate thoughtful, individualized care while keeping safety, dignity, and quality of life at the heart of every decision.
