Marie is a Registered Nurse and the owner of the Lehigh County and Berks County Home Instead locations. Marie graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. After working several years in business, she was drawn to the health care field. She returned to school and received her second degree in nursing at Thomas Jefferson University. Her nursing experience with adult and geriatric patients contributed to her strong interest in quality home care for seniors. She believes in the mission of Home Instead and her passion is to provide excellent care and companionship while helping seniors live safely and independently in their own homes.

Greg is happy to join his daughter, Marie, as a Home Instead franchise owner in both Lehigh and Berks County. He is a retired Orthopedic Surgeon after a very gratifying 35 year career in medicine. His interest in senior care began as a teenager. His mother owned and operated a skilled nursing facility. Greg held several after school and summer jobs there, including physical therapy assistant, cook and housekeeper. He later was an advisor to his mother in the business for several years. As an Orthopedic Surgeon his care for the elderly continued. He treated thousands of adults and seniors and always cherished caring for them. After his mother became ill, she lived with Greg and his family in their home. She had caring Home Health Aides assisting in her care which allowed her to stay in their home for the remainder of her life. Being a franchise owner allows Greg to continue his family's dream of caring for the elderly.

Cassidy has been part of the Home Instead family for several years. Cassidy serves as the General Manager for both the Lehigh and Berks County Home Instead offices. She has a wealth of knowledge in caring for seniors and a true appreciation and understanding of the mission of Home Instead. Cassidy has served in multiple roles throughout her career with Home Instead, making her position as General Manager very valuable. Being versatile within our company allows Cassidy to keep herself fulfilled by having great relationships with clients, caregivers, and client's families. Outside of work Cassidy is a busy mother and enjoys spending time with her family. She is currently attending college to obtain a bachelor's degree in social work.

Julie has been with Home Instead since 2004, working in various positions. As Client Care Manager for both the Lehigh and Berks County Home Instead offices, Julie finds great joy and satisfaction working with Clients and their families to make a difference in their lives and help them say in their homes…wherever that may be! Julie has lived in the Lehigh Valley most of her life. She is married and has two daughters, a son and many lovable animals in her home. Julie's Mother lives in her home with her family, allowing her to take on a greater appreciation for what it truly means to "age in place". The joys and the struggles of living as a family with multiple generations has allowed Julie to better understand and serve our families. She is pleased to assist our seniors to remain independent in their homes for as long as possible.

Debbie joined Home Instead in 2010 as a CAREGiver. After being part of our CAREGiving team for 9 years, she transitioned into the Berks County office as Administrative Assistant and CAREGiver training coordinator. Debbie's passion for client care then led her to the Client Care Coordinator role where she triages calls and makes in-home visits to develop a personalized care plan for our clients and their families. She is thrilled to be able to help seniors maintain their independence for as long as possible.
