Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates as well as individuals with experience in elder care, assisted living, or home care.

Caregivers work one-on-one with clients to support daily living activities, promote independence, enhance quality of life, and allow them to meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.

Pay Range

  • Ranges from $16 to $20/hour. Minimum starting rate of $16.00/hour on weekdays and $17.00/hour on weekends
  • Time and a half for overtime and company holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, transfers, bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Perform light housekeeping and home care tasks
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Support safety monitoring and fall prevention
  • Document care activities as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of personal or professional experience but entry-level candidates are still encouraged to apply – paid training available
  • Prior experience as a Caregiver, HHA, PCA, DSP, or Companion preferred
  • Experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home care preferred
  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)training or experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate personality
  • Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements
