General Manager
Jessica joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2009 as the Community Service Representative and also previously served as the Director of Client Services. In her role as General Manager, Jessica is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities for growth and development of the business and overseeing all functions performed by the office staff. Committed to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families in our community, Jessica also served on the board of directors of the NEPA Aging Network Alliance.

Client Care Coordinator
Rebecca's role as Client Care Coordinator began in 2015 with Home Instead Senior Care. Rebecca's main role is conducting care consultations- meeting with seniors and their families to discuss their needs and recommend a plan of care. From there, she ensures that our clients are pleased with the service we are providing. Working with clients and their families, Rebecca reviews and reassesses the client care plans to make sure that all information is accurate and makes any necessary changes. Rebecca is a Certified Nurse's Assistant who has been working with seniors since 2002. Rebecca loves helping seniors, being out in nature, snowboarding, spending time with family and creating art.
HR Specialist
In Debra's role as the Human Resource Specialist, she is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and training of our caregiving workforce and implementing ongoing engagement strategies to ensure retention and satisfaction. Debra inspires, coaches and develops the caregiving workforce in our quest to provide the highest quality of care.
