Michael possesses more than 30 years of business experience in Health Care and Finance. He holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance/ Pre-Law from Indiana University of PA. He and his mother, Patty, founded the local Home Instead office in February 2005. Since then, the office has helped hundreds of seniors and positively impacted the lives of thousands more. Mike has been active in the community; serving three terms on the Ellwood City Area School Board; Past President of the Ellwood City Amateur Baseball Federation and the Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce; and a board member of the Ellwood City Area Family Center. Home Instead is a proud member of the Ellwood City and Greenville Area Chambers of Commerce. He is happily married to his wife, Sheila, and is the proud father of their two children, Dia and Nicholas.

Service Manager

Lisa joined the Home Instead team in 2011 as the Administrative Assistant. In the ensuing years Lisa has served in the role of Scheduling Coordinator and Retention Coordinator, before being named Service Manager in 2017. As Service Manager, Lisa is responsible for managing the scheduling department, as well as the recruitment and retention of our Care Professionals. Lisa is happily married to her husband, Chris, and is the proud mother of her three children - Zach, Abby, and Megan. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Service Manager

As Service Manager, Brad is responsible for directing and managing scheduling activities related to clients and care professionals, and supervision and retention of the Care Professionals. He is very happy to join the Neupauer Home Instead Team in 2023. Brad is a lifelong resident of Ellwood City and a 1985 graduate of the Riverside Beaver County School District. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Education Degree and Principal Certification from Youngstown State University. Brad retired from the Mohawk Area School District in January of 2023 where he was a fifth and sixth grade language arts and social studies teacher and a principal in both the elementary school and the jr.-sr. high school. In the community, Brad is a past officer and past president in the Ellwood City Amateur Baseball Federation, a 41 year member of Christ Presbyterian Church's Boar's Head Festival Orchestra, a past board member of the Scottish Rite Cathedral in New Castle, and is an active member of Ellwood Parian Masonic Lodge 599 in Ellwood City. Brad has been happily married to his wife Jackie since 1992. They have two children, Caitlin and James.

At Home Instead , we are dedicated to helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that every client receives personalized, high-quality care while serving as their advocate and primary point of contact. Kayla had previously worked in direct care for individuals with mental and physical disabilities for 12 years. She joined our team at Home Instead in May of 2019 as a client care coordinator. She lives in Ellwood City, where she and her husband are raising their five children. She enjoys supporting local small businesses and participating in charitable events. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, whether it's a family movie night, attending one of the kids' sporting events, or going to their camp to make memories.

Human Resources Manager

Shaclecha is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding outstanding Care Professionals to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Shaclecha Stoddard joined Home Instead in May 2026, bringing with her an impressive 27 years of nursing experience and a deep passion for serving others. She earned her Nursing degree from American National University in Ohio in 2012 and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate care and support to those in need.Outside of work, Shaclecha is the proud mother of seven children who keep her busy and bring endless joy to her life. She is actively involved in her church and enjoys participating in outreach programs that support individuals experiencing homelessness. She is also passionate about supporting small businesses within her community.Known for her caring heart, positive spirit, and dedication to helping others, Shaclecha believes that making a difference starts with kindness, compassion, and building meaningful connections. Whether she is serving clients, supporting her community, or spending time with her family, she strives to make every day a little brighter for those around her.

Debbie worked in an office environment for 29 years with an Associates Degree in Information Processing and Secretarial Science. She started caring for her mother-in-law after she was diagnosed with cancer and decided that Caregiving was something she was passionate about. Debbie joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2017. After having a few health issues, she decided it was time return to an office environment and in 2023, she joined the Home Instead office team as our Administrative Assistant. On Valentine's Day 2024 she and her husband Jim celebrated 20 yrs of marriage. She is the proud mom and step-mom of four adult children, one spoiled dog Minnie, 14 grandchildren and several grand dogs, (one of which is Retired Police K-9, Mido). In her spare-time she loves spending time with her large family, entertaining and cooking for them. She also enjoys fishing and watching football, whether it is high school, college, or professional. She loves rooting on the Pittsburgh Steelers most of all.
