Steve Levin started the Philadelphia Home Instead office in 2003. In November of 2023 he purchased the Dresher, PA territory. He uses his experience and passion to provide seniors with a trusted partner, so they can maintain their independence by living safer and more productive lives. Steve received an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and earned a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Prior to owning Home Instead, he was a Human Resources Specialist at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Steve can often be seen volunteering with his dogs, Boomer and Zuzu, at nursing homes, hospitals and with the non-profit pet therapy organization, Pals for Life.

Charlea Lyn joined Steve Levin's team at Home Instead in June of 2017 after spending many years working in childcare. The switch to senior care was extremely rewarding and Charlea Lyn spent the past several years wearing many different hats within the organization. In November 2023, Charlea Lyn became a co-owner in both the Center City and Dresher locations. She is excited and honored to continue serving the local community! Originally from a small farm town in New York, Charlea Lyn holds a B.M. in both Music Education and Vocal Performance from SUNY Fredonia as well as a M.M. in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. In her free time, she loves to still sing and attend performances, but also prioritizes spending time with loved ones, travelling and reading.

Erin joined Home Instead in February, 2025. She is a board certified Occupational Therapist with 11+ years of clinical experience and 16 years in the healthcare industry across multiple settings and various roles. Her heart lies in leading with purpose and serving the community. She's passionate about fostering meaningful connections with others in the senior care community. She relies on her OT skills to assess situations quickly and create solutions for clients and families. She finds it and fulfilling and empowering building relationships and providing support, while helping seniors.

Bri Kerrigan joined Home Instead in July 2024. She is a stroke certified RN, who provided patient care on a trauma/neuro unit at Penn Medicine prior to becoming part of the Home Instead team. Driven by her desire to advocate for seniors after navigating healthcare challenges for her 'Mom-Mom', Bri cares deeply about enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Residing in West Chester with her husband and their 7-year-old son, Bri cherishes their many adventures together. She is a former business owner of an interior painting company in NYC and a trained pizzaiola who has worked as a Neapolitan pizza chef at one of the city's most beloved pizzerias.

Val Joined Home Instead August 2022! Val has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from University of Hartford and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Temple University. Before joining our team, she was an assistant for a reality group at Compass. Her previous background and experience is in working with children who have learning disabilities. Val is excited to be a part of a team that values helping others and providing the best care to the Care Professionals and Clients. Val's interest in joining the Home Instead team stems from personal experience of her family using a senior care service. She has first-hand experience in how the relationships between the Client and the CAREgivers become long-lasting.
