Jay is co-owner of Home Instead. Jay noticed a need for senior home care and companionship after watching his own family handle the hardships of Alzheimer's disease. Jay and his wife, Alyssa, opened this branch of Home Instead in 2003. Jay oversees the financial and operational parts of Home Instead and has a reputation for being a world-class fix-it man!

Alyssa is co-owner of Home Instead. She and her husband, Jay, opened the Home Instead franchise in 2003. Alyssa works primarily in a marketing and client care capacity. Jay and Alyssa have four grown children and they live in the Back Mountain.

Heather understands the complicated needs of seniors and Care Pros. Heather gets familiar with the unique talents and capabilities of each Care Pro. She carefully matches clients and Care Pros to ensure the best fit! Heather lives in Plains with her fiancé, James, and their two dogs and a cat.

Peggy takes care of supervising the daily operations of the office. From client care, scheduling, recruiting, and training, Peggy makes sure it's done to the highest quality standards. Peggy is dedicated to making sure that our clients experience the peace of mind that having a compassionate Care Pro brings. Peggy lives in Taylor with her husband, Mike, and three of their eight children.

Mackenzie's role is so very important to Home Instead. She is in charge of finding, recruiting and screening people who will become our Care Pros. She knows who has passion for helping seniors. Using careful decision making, Mackenzie ensures that our Care Pros are extraordinary. Mackenzie lives in West Wyoming with her husband, Shawn, and their cats, Willow and Shadow.

As a Client Care Coordinator, Kelly ensures that the quality of our service is EXCEPTIONAL. After starting service with Home Instead, Kelly will follow up with you and your family making sure that the quality of our service exceeds your expectations. She will communicate regularly about schedule and Care Pro changes. Kelly lives in Shavertown with her two dogs, Lily and Bella.

Mike works with referral providers such as hospitals and home health providers. He shares how Home Instead's services can benefit their patients to ensure a safe discharge to home. He follows up on our service inquiries, sharing how our services can be a wonderful living solution to those who want to live at home. Mike lives in Exeter with his wife, Miriah, and two children, Mila and Michael, and their dog, LuLu.
