Given his experience in the insurance industry, he has developed the ability to strongly communicate and understand the various needs of people. He enjoys building relationships and serving the community. John is always up for adventure and brings a spirit of generosity and laughter to our team.

Jennifer started as a caregiver in 2018. Briefly left in 2019 and came back in 2021. Jennifer and her husband are married for 43 years and spent a large part of their lives serving in the church. They were missionaries Puerto Rico and Budapest Hungary for over 10 years. Jennifer has 4 children and 4 grandchildren she loves spending time with. "When I settled in Lancaster County, it seemed natural to serve the elder community. What we do at Home Instead is life changing. Lancaster County is rich with history. It is a blessing to listen and walk beside those who have walked before us."

Lisa joined Home Instead the end of 2022. She spent almost two decades in Real Estate before joining the Home Instead team. In her 20's she studied Nursing and was a Therapeutic music consultant for multiple retirement facilities in Lancaster County. Lisa has a heart for seniors and is passionate about their care. Lisa and her husband of 29 years reside in Lititz. They have three sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and volunteering. Charlene loves connecting with and meeting new people. As office coordinator, it allows her the opportunity to speak with our clients and care professionals daily. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling, playing with her three grandchildren and health coaching. "Home Instead is my family away from home. We support each other, our clients and caregivers every single day. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with!"

Cara joined the team at Home Instead the beginning of 2023. She has worked in Elementary Education and Real Estate. Cara has lived in Lancaster County all of her life. She has three children and lives in the Manheim Township area. In her spare time, Cara enjoys spending time with her kids and dogs, hiking and reading. "I am absolutely thrilled to be part of the Home Instead team! It is a place that truly values building and maintaining relationships, which is something I'm passionate about. I am truly grateful for this amazing team!

Lou is a retired Financial executive, having spent over 40 years in the utility industry as a CPA. He and his wife have four married daughters and 6 grandchildren. "I enjoy working with the team, our clients and other service professionals"

I have been in the Healthcare field for over 15 years and I have a deep passion for working together with families, clients and the community to provide the best client care experience possible. I feel blessed to work with an amazing team here at Home Instead. When not at work, I love spending quality time with my husband & my 5 children. Hobbies are cooking, singing, and karaoke. My family and I also enjoy worshipping at the Worship center in Leola.
