Amy has spent over 20 years in the homecare industry as a Respiratory Therapist. She demonstrated humble leadership in her roles supervising a 20-bed nursing home ventilator unit and managing several home medical equipment/respiratory service companies combined with hospital sales and marketing experience. She connected immediately with her elderly homecare clients and enjoyed helping them stay healthy and safe in their beloved homes. Having a mother who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at age 22, Amy was exposed early on to the challenges of caregiving and disabilities. She realized the immense value of love and support for those in similar circumstances. She also grew to love teaching (and learning). There were always new challenges and opportunities for growth as she homeschooled 3 children while managing a small family farm for many years. Amy's passion for seniors combined with her vast experiences drew her to Home Instead, a company known for exemplifying love and care in their business model. Pam has lived in Delaware County all her life. Truly a DELCO girl, she spent 40 years in the staffing industry putting thousands of people to work while raising 4 children. Pam has been a caregiver most of her life. Her grandmother, fondly know as Gigi, lived with Pam and her family for many years. Today Pam has taken on the name of "Gigi" as a great honor, trying to be the best role model she can to 9 grandchildren. Pam cared for both her parents who were both diagnosed with cancer. When her mom (Gwen) took sick several years ago she asked Pam for 3 things: to be her caregiver, to keep her at home, and to allow her to pass with dignity. Pam was able to fulfill all of her mom's wishes as she passed at home in Pam's loving arms. Pam decided to make a career change 3 years ago and decided her most rewarding job in life was caring for loved ones. She walked into Home Instead Holmes, Pa. office on a Friday afternoon and knew she was HOME. Not only does Pam work in the office as Client Care Coordinator doing most of the care consultations, client/Care Professional introductions, and quality assurance visits, but she also loves caring for seniors when she can. Pam has shared so many rewarding stories about clients and families and loves being part of the team. Pam has a very strong faith and is 100 percent committed to her Home Instead family.

Jon grew up in Drexel Hill under the watchful eye of his grandmother. He completed his BS in Finance & Economics at Drexel University. He spent his early career in the aerospace industry and the corporate banking world. However, his proudest accomplishment was as the project lead with the Veteran's Administration (VA) in New York and Philadelphia where he was instrumental in a massive project to save and implement medical systems. Landing the role of Home Care Consultant (HCC) with Home Instead has provided Jon the opportunity to advocate for seniors, especially Veterans, who need assistance to remain as long as possible in the place they love most - their home. It also allows him to give back to his community as part of a compassionate and dedicated team of professionals. Jon resides in Delaware County with his wife and two children and enjoys sports and traveling.

Lisa "Li" grew up in South Philly with a traditional Italian family. Li was raised to be kind and compassionate to others, especially those who are less fortunate. She took those values with her and implemented them into her personal and professional journey. Li has worked in education and healthcare for over 20 years. She has coached and mentored students, helping them to be successful in their chosen fields. Li has also advocated for the elderly and those in need of care to ensure they are receiving the best so they can live a happy and healthy life. Li enjoys the beach, visiting her 4 grandchildren, snowmobiling, and having fun with her 3 sisters, family, and friends.
