She began in 2019 as a frontline caregiver before moving into the office as a scheduler and care consultant, building deep trust with local families along the way. Today, Danielle focuses on building relationships throughout the community and serving as the first point of contact for any client in need. With over nine years of experience in recruiting and human resources, along with a Master's Degree in Human Resources, she brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations. While recruitment is her primary focus, she also plays a vital role in daily scheduling operations, ensuring continuity of care and exceptional service for both clients and caregivers. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others make her an invaluable member of the team. Outside of work, Pooja enjoys spending quality time with her two boys, as well as painting, shopping, and traveling. She values creating meaningful memories with her family while embracing new experiences and creative pursuits.

Muniza has a Bachelor's degree and several years of experience working in an office setting and in the homecare industry. She's responsible for bookkeeping and accounting duties. She lives in South Jersey and enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and two grandchildren as well as working out and watching shows and movies.

Desirae brings years of hands-on experience as a caregiver to her role at Home Instead, which she joined in January 2026. Her dedication and skill were quickly recognized, earning her a promotion to Service Coordinator soon after.
