Daniel is the owner of Home Instead Bensalem, serving families throughout Bucks County and the Greater Philadelphia area. Before acquiring the franchise, Daniel built a career in business development, acquisitions, and real estate investment. He holds an MBA from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. His connection to senior care is personal as well as professional — both his brother and grandfather-in-law have relied on 24-hour care, giving him firsthand insight into what families need from a caregiving partner. Outside of the office, Daniel is a husband and father of two who enjoys playing golf in his free time — and brings that same family-first mindset to how he cares for the seniors and families Home Instead Bensalem serves.

Community Liaison

Danielle serves as the Community Liaison for Home Instead, bringing over seven years of hands-on experience in senior care. She began in 2019 as a frontline caregiver before moving into the office as a scheduler and care consultant, building deep trust with local families along the way. Today, Danielle focuses on building relationships throughout the community and serving as the first point of contact for any client in need. Raised by her grandmother, her dedication to the safety and well-being of older adults is deeply personal. A proud local resident, she spends her free time making memories with family and friends.

Recruitment Coordinator

Pooja is committed to matching clients with highly qualified caregivers based on their skills, experience, and individual care needs. With over nine years of experience in recruiting and human resources, along with a Master's Degree in Human Resources, she brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations. While recruitment is her primary focus, she also plays a vital role in daily scheduling operations, ensuring continuity of care and exceptional service for both clients and caregivers. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others make her an invaluable member of the team. Outside of work, Pooja enjoys spending quality time with her two boys, as well as painting, shopping, and traveling. She values creating meaningful memories with her family while embracing new experiences and creative pursuits.

Muniza has a Bachelor's degree and several years of experience working in an office setting and in the homecare industry. She's responsible for bookkeeping and accounting duties. She lives in South Jersey and enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and two grandchildren as well as working out and watching shows and movies.

Desirae brings years of hands-on experience as a caregiver to her role at Home Instead, which she joined in January 2026. Her dedication and skill were quickly recognized, earning her a promotion to Service Coordinator soon after. That firsthand experience gives her a unique understanding of what clients and caregivers need every day, and she's passionate about connecting families with compassionate, reliable care. Outside of work, Desirae enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and walking her dog. She believes a healthy work-life balance helps her bring warmth and positive energy to everyone she serves.
