Kurt Kay, Franchise Owner (1966-2019)

Eric is a Penn State University graduate where he earned a bachelor's degree in business management with a focus in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Since graduating, he worked as an operations manager and successfully opened and operated a dental office in York, PA. He has several years of business management experience to bring to our team and is excited to be making an impact in our office as well as in the community. 

Eric resides in York, PA with his wife, Abby and their new baby boy! In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, and golfing.

Amy started working at Home Instead in 2004. She performed many roles in the office including General Manager of our Cumberland County office.  With nearly 20 years of experience with Home Instead, Amy is passionate about helping our offices and Care Professionals promote our mission throughout the community. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Science.

Amy finds joy in knowing that Home Instead is impacting the community by providing quality Care Professionals and serving seniors by allowing them to stay safe and comfortable in their home.

Amy currently lives in Harrisburg with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys baking, watching movies and running in her free time.

Kelly joined Home Instead in March 2026 as an Operations Manager and brings more than a decade of experience in leadership, operations, and service-focused environments. She enjoys supporting care professionals and helping ensure that clients and their families receive dependable, compassionate care. Kelly takes pride in organizing systems that keep operations running smoothly, maintaining strong communication, and fostering a positive team environment that allows staff to provide the highest level of service.

Prior to joining Home Instead, Kelly spent more than 12 years in property management, where she oversaw daily operations, coordinated teams and vendor partnerships, and worked closely with residents to resolve concerns and improve their overall experience. She also previously worked in a medical office as an Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator, managing scheduling, patient communication, and front office operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Kelly lives in Hagerstown, Maryland, where she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, cruising to the Caribbean, and collecting classic rock memorabilia.

Latosha joined Home Instead in August 2023. With 15 years of experience as a CNA at Spiritrust Lutheran Life, she has developed expertise in clinical care, hospice, and physical therapy.

Following her role as a CNA, Latosha became a homecare supervisor, where she honed her skills in human resources, scheduling, recruitment, and marketing.

Passionate about helping others, Latosha enjoys providing care and support to the elderly and making a positive impact on their lives.

In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her husband, Donovan, and their children, Donjore and Demi.

Aaren joined Home Instead in September of 2016 as a Care Professional and then moved into her current role as Service Coordinator in September of 2023. She enjoys fostering the connection between the clients, their families, and our care professionals. Over the Years, caring for our clients has become her passion.

When Aaren is not working, she enjoys spending time with her boys, Zane and Isaac and practicing Taekwondo. Aaren also enjoys photography and many forms of crafting.
