Paul and Ashley Fry are proud owners of the Home Instead office serving Oklahoma City and the surrounding communities. Their passion is helping older adults age with dignity, independence, and compassion while providing families with trusted, personalized care. Paul has been dedicated to the senior care industry since 2008, building a career focused on serving older adults and supporting families through every stage of aging. In 2018, Paul and Ashley purchased the Conway, Arkansas, Home Instead franchise from Paul’s father, Dan Fry, who had successfully owned and operated the office for 12 years. Building on that family legacy, they have continued to grow a culture of compassionate, relationship-centered care. In December 2022, Paul and Ashley expanded their commitment to serving seniors by purchasing the Home Instead franchise serving Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Their vision has been to build upon the office’s strong foundation while continuing to provide exceptional in-home care, support local families, and make a lasting impact throughout the Oklahoma City community. They are committed to recruiting and developing outstanding Care Professionals who share their passion for enriching the lives of older adults. Before entering the senior care industry, Paul began his nursing career at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where he developed a strong foundation in compassionate, high-quality patient care. He continues to maintain his Registered Nurse (RN) license, bringing valuable clinical knowledge and healthcare experience to each Home Instead office. Paul and Ashley are the proud parents of two sons. As a family, they believe that caring for others is more than a profession—it is a calling. They lead their Home Instead teams with the values of compassion, integrity, respect, and excellence, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of every client, family, and Care Professional they serve. Paul and Ashley are honored to serve the Oklahoma City community and look forward to building lasting relationships with local families while delivering the trusted, compassionate care that Home Instead is known for.

RN, CCM

Kim Kennon, RN is a dedicated nursing professional from Kingfisher, OK, where she resides in the country with her 11-yr old son Daniel, and her cat, Pumpkin. She has been a registered nurse since 2011, with extensive experience in rural hospital nursing, skilled home health, and hospital and clinic case management. Kim holds a certification in case management (CCM) and is passionate about helping individuals access the care they need. As part of her role at Home Instead, she takes pride in providing direct assistance to clients without the complexities of health insurance companies or healthcare institutions.

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

I started with Home Instead in winter 2022 as a caregiver after moving to Oklahoma City from Florida. My background includes training as a medical assistant, but my passion is in personal caregiving. After earning my AACC Certification in Mental Health in May 2023, I transitioned to a Scheduling Coordinator and then a Retention and Recruitment Coordinator, aiming to enhance the home care experience for clients and caregivers.

Angela Hernandez brings more than 17 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, along with a lifelong passion for caring for others. As the mother of a large family and a foster parent to many children over the years, serving others has always been at the heart of who she is. Before joining Home Instead as a Client Care Advisor, Angela spent the past 10 years working remotely in case management. She is excited to once again meet with clients and caregivers face-to-face, building relationships and helping families navigate their care needs with compassion and confidence. Angela is a lifelong learner who enjoys expanding her knowledge and is always eager to discover new ideas and better ways to serve others. She recently celebrated the exciting milestone of purchasing her second home and looks forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of the clients and families she serves.

Shamara Davis serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Oklahoma City location, bringing more than six years of experience in customer service and administrative support. She has a passion for helping others and enjoys creating positive experiences through organization, communication, and a willingness to lend a hand. Shamara believes that kindness, positivity, and teamwork are essential to a successful workplace. She is excited to be part of the Home Instead team and looks forward to building relationships with clients, caregivers, and team members while supporting the daily operations of the office. Known for her positive attitude and team-focused approach, Shamara is always eager to learn, help solve problems, and find solutions wherever they are needed. She looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves and supporting the Home Instead mission of providing compassionate care to seniors and their families.

Lisa Childers brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, quality care to those she serves. As an experienced Registered Nurse, Lisa has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through her knowledge, clinical expertise, and genuine passion for helping others. Throughout her nursing career, Lisa has gained valuable experience across various areas of healthcare, allowing her to develop a strong understanding of the unique needs of patients and their families. She is passionate about using her experience to ensure clients receive the highest level of care and support while helping caregivers feel confident and prepared in their roles. Lisa is excited to be part of the Home Instead team, where she can continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable resource for both clients and caregivers.
