With extensive experience in account growth and retention, I have honed my skills in recruitment, solutions selling, and complex contract negotiation. I am dedicated to advocating for senior rights and ensuring their protection. My commitment to these values drives my professional endeavors.

Susan spent her early years exploring the sights, sounds & history of the East coast, growing up right outside Washington D.C. Throughout the course of her life, God has given her a heart for people and has provided many wonderful opportunities to develop relationships while attending Baylor, working as a speech clinician and teacher, ministering to college students, starting new churches, homeschooling her three children and running a business. Now as a member of the Home Instead team, she feels additionally blessed developing relationships to purposefully enrich the lives of Seniors.

I am from Wichita, KS, living un Edmond, OK with her husband Chris, five children, four grandchildren, and five dogs. I have nearly ten years in the Senior Care Industry and serves at Life Church. Shauna enjoys scuba diving, off road riding, and road trips on her pink and white Harley.

Kim Kennon, RN is a dedicated nursing professional from Kingfisher, OK, where she resides in the country with her 11-yr old son Daniel, and her cat, Pumpkin. She has been a registered nurse since 2011, with extensive experience in rural hospital nursing, skilled home health, and hospital and clinic case management. Kim holds a certification in case management (CCM) and is passionate about helping individuals access the care they need. As part of her role at Home Instead, she takes pride in providing direct assistance to clients without the complexities of health insurance companies or healthcare institutions.

I started with Home Instead in winter 2022 as a caregiver after moving to Oklahoma City from Florida. My background includes training as a medical assistant, but my passion is in personal caregiving. After earning my AACC Certification in Mental Health in May 2023, I transitioned to a Scheduling Coordinator and then a Retention and Recruitment Coordinator, aiming to enhance the home care experience for clients and caregivers.

I am the first face you see when you come into the office and last before you leave. I handle general office tasks and administrative duties. When I am not at work you can find me in the gym, at home, or spending time with my grandmother and little sister.
