Owner

Andrew graduated from Baylor University in 1994 and planned on becoming the next advertising guru. While working in advertising his grandmother become ill which turned into almost a full-time family caregiver position for his mother. After witnessing the rewards and difficulties of caring for a loved one at home he sought a position at Home Instead's home office in Omaha. In 1999, Andrew managed the original Home Instead office and became very passionate about keeping seniors at home. His passion lies in finding long term in-home solutions that will improve and enhance a senior's quality of life while preserving dignity. In 2001, he was offered a promotion into Omaha's corporate Home Instead office but declined to open the Tulsa franchise. Andrew prides himself on being the longest tenured owner in home care in the Tulsa area, being in business since November 2001. He loves the fact that Home Instead has made such a difference in the Tulsa community for so long. Outside of work Andrew enjoys record collecting, live music, golf, cooking and wine, dogs, and travel.

Carrie was a Caregiver for her own grandfather when he became ill. She new she could provide this service to others so she joined Home Instead, where she has worked as a Caregiver for 2 years. Carrie is very passionate about helping keep the elderly in their homes. Carrie is also a dance instructor and has taught dance for 30 years. She is married and has 3 daughters and 1 grandson. In her free time she loves being outside, spending time with her family, and playing with her grand baby. She also enjoys running.

Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Ashley has been an L.P.N. for 15 years. She has had experience in long-term care, in home care, triage, recruitment and training staff. She is passionate about helping families provide a safe and happy environment for clients to live in. She has been married for 14 years and has one son. She enjoys music, engaging in fun activities with her son and hosting gatherings with her friends.

Justin Doane

RN Client Care Coordinator

Justin is the RN, Client Care Coordinator and oversees care in the home while working with CAREPros and clients. He began his career in the medical field in 2001 as a Paramedic/Firefighter. In 2012 he graduated with his RN degree and has primarily worked in Mental Health and Nursing Administration/Program Development. He has a heart for serving clients and enjoys building professional relationships. In his spare time, Justin loves spending time with his wife and five children, playing sports, hiking, and traveling.

Scheduling Coordinator

Remfe G. Galoyo is a Scheduling Coordinator with experience in customer service, scheduling, and event management. She is a Licensed Professional Teacher currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling, with a passion for supporting others through compassionate care and meaningful connection. Coming from a close-knit family, Remfe developed a heart for caregiving by helping support grandparents and relatives. Outside of work, she actively volunteers in her church through outreach and mission programs, serving her community with compassion and dedication.

Caregiver/Client Ambassador

Chelsea was raised in a large family, where she witnessed and assisted with caring for multiple generations of complex chronic medical, neurological, and autoimmune conditions. This firsthand experience instilled in her a deep empathy and a lifelong commitment to supporting others. Her career spans the entire spectrum of care, from nurturing infants in childcare facilities to supporting patients as a Nurse Technician. Chelsea joined our company as a frontline caregiver. Her hands-on dedication and extensive knowledge led to her current role as Care Ambassador. When she is not supporting our clients and care teams, Chelsea loves spending quality time with her three children, hiking, caring for her dogs and reptiles, and working on her favorite crafts.
