This position requires someone who is a self-starter and is able to manage multiple tasks daily. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, confidence and resilience that will allow them to create relationships with clients, their families, our Care Professionals, and our Referral Provider Network! We are seeking a multitasking individual who is well organized and one who prefers to change gears quickly throughout the day!

How You'll Spend your Time:
Our BDA is an essential part of the Sales Team.

You'll spend your time:
    • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to increase market share and client acquisition.
    • Analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
    • Achieving inquiry generation and referral targets through strategic follow-up and market analysis.
  • Relationship Management & Community Outreach:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources, including hospitals, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and physicians.
    • Representing Home Instead at industry events, health fairs, professional conferences, and community meetings.
    • Developing and executing local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Sales Execution & Performance Tracking:
    • Conducting high-impact sales presentations and face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals and community partners.
    • Educating referral sources on Home Instead's value proposition and tailor solutions to client needs.
    • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, referral sources, and conversion rates in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Tracking and reporingt on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals.
  • Collaborative Planning & Implementation:
    • Collaborate with leadership to create and implement sales and marketing plans.
    • Partner with care coordinators and client service managers to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
    • Build strategic partnerships with community organizations and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
  • Consultative Sales & Client Support:
    • Performing consultative sales processes, including outreach, referral qualification, and conversion.
    • Providing support by conducting in-home care consultations and assisting with new care starts as needed.
    • Providing feedback on market trends and business development opportunities to internal teams.

Your Support Responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring client onboarding and community outreach processes are followed diligently
  • Entering data into company systems in a timely manner
  • Responding with timely, clear, and concise communication to all client inquiries
  • Building strong relationships with all company stakeholders
  • Sharing in the on-call rotation with other staff members (this is a separate compensation package)
  • Supporting company values and goals
  • Creating and delivering presentations internally and externally
  • Facilitating introductions between caregivers and clients and delivering necessary supplies and documents to client's homes
  • Assisting with other key operations activities as well as quality assurance calls and visits to our clients, maintaining, updating, and tracking information in company databases with client information, managing follow-ups promptly, preparing the necessary paperwork for consultations and training, and assist with responding to and resolving client calls and/or concerns

What YOU Must Bring to the Table? Demonstrative experience regarding:

  • Healthcare experience, required
  • STNA, LPN, RN preferred
  • 2 Years of Consultative Sales experience, preferred
  • Excellent people skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Drive and self-motivation to succeed
  • Can-do approach
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Suite including Salesforce
  • Current, valid Driver's License
  • Current, valid Automobile Insurance
  • Ability to perform background checking requirements of the State of Ohio

What Else Should You Know:

  • This is a full-time position that's a combination of office work and road warrior!
  • The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., but remember we're a company of people who work with people, so some flexibility is afforded and required!
  • Base Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 + performance bonus (after probationary period)
