As a General Manager, Jessica’s goals are to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction at all times. Jessica is from the Cleveland area and moved to Columbus after finishing grad school. She always knew she wanted to work with older adults and says Home Instead was the perfect fit. She loves being able to work for a company that is so passionate and understanding of the needs of older adults and strives to keep them safe and comfortable wherever they call home.

Sarah serves as a Client Care Coordinator for South Franklin, Madison, and North Pickaway counties. Born and raised in Hilliard, Ohio, she enjoys spending time with her deaf Chiweenie, Chance. Her passion for senior care began through the close relationship she shared with her grandparents, giving her a deep appreciation for older adults and the importance of compassionate support. In her role, Sarah focuses on building meaningful connections through quality assurance visits, introducing Care Professionals to clients in their homes, and coordinating care for new clients throughout the 484 region. She is passionate about helping clients and families feel supported every step of the way and is grateful to be part of a company dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of older adults.

With more than 16 years of experience in the senior care industry, Tess is passionate about connecting older adults and their families with the compassionate support and services Home Instead provides. As Sales and Marketing Director, she works to build relationships throughout the community and ensure families know where to turn when care is needed. She finds great fulfillment in getting to know clients and their loved ones, hearing their stories, and helping them navigate the aging journey. Outside of work, she is a busy mom of four who enjoys spending time with her family and attending events and activities with her children.
