Client Care Advisor

Home Instead® is looking for an energetic individual with a sales mentality to join our rapidly growing organization serving Ottawa, Huron, Erie, and Upper NE Sandusky Counties. The Client Care Advisor manages the client experience from their initial inquiry, care plan assessment, start of care, and quality assurance, using the Home Instead consultative sales and client experience process. Candidate must be detail driven, resilient to change, and passionate about advocating for NextGen Agers, and their desire to age in place. Business or management experience helpful.

Attributes and Qualification

• BA/BS Degree preferred, or 5 years experience in nursing or healthcare.
• Sales or Business Management experience helpful.
• Strong Written and Communication Skills
