I wanted to acknowledge our fabulous caregiver, Isabel, at Home Instead. She is such a caring person and keeps my husband occupied with several activities throughout the day. She keeps him actively busy so he is not thinking about food all the time and makes sure he does not do any sudden movements that will cause him to fall. I trust her and I know my husband is in good care. Also, a shoutout to this company who have been awesome to work with. Everyone has been extremely kind and supportive.

Our mother had an urgent need for home assistance and Home Instead instantly came through. They were so easy to work with and accommodating. They have been kind, approachable and in constant communication with us. Our mother said each and every assistant was wonderful-they were kind, helpful, and careful with our frail Mom. Her assistants Shannon G,, Keysha T, and Carol S. filled in for a pinch but the stars of her care were Damita P. and Christy T. We can't thank you all enough for your kindness and loving care that you provided. Our liaison Kathy A. is a true gem and an incredible asset to the Home Instead company. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience. She allowed us to feel reassured in the care that they could provide and is an excellent communicator! Everyone in this office are angels and we highly recommend this company without any doubt.

My family and I have been very happy about going with Home Instead in helping us with two of our loved ones, both requiring different assistance. We are especially happy with their caregiver, Tamiko who has become like family. She tends to their basic needs and then some. She is always looking for ways she can help them not only with meals, cleaning, and of course companionship. They look forward to her coming. She is one of a kind and so blessed to have her. Our family was very pleased with the nighttime nursing services we had during a recovery period for a hip replacement relative. Laurie and Jennifer were very professional and punctual. They also had the extra care of our mom who has Alzheimer's . Their patience and kindness was greatly appreciated. We felt very comfortable having Home Instead staff caring for our family members. I had struggled with the caring of my mother with altheimers for many years in my home when I had to make the decision of knowing I no longer could. I am so blessed to have come across not only The Lakeview in Parma through Home Instead but the exceptional care of the aides Allyssa and Camille that care for my mother regularly there.
