Alex has a passion to help others and make a difference in the community, which has helped him develop a highly motivated staff and become one of the leading senior home care providers in the North Dayton area. He believes it is important to give back to his community and envisions participating in causes that are important to those needing support for their loved ones for many years. Alex has a wife named Jodi, two daughters, and a chocolate lab named Archie. Outside of work, Alex is devoted to making memories with family and friends, to live a life full of joy and laughter. He enjoys vacations to beaches, lakes, and mountains and is a huge music and sports fan.

Gina began her career at Home Instead as a CAREGiver where her passion for seniors showed from her very first client. Her varied talents and experience in customer service, as an STNA, and as a member of the banking industry have made her a perfect fit as a part of our team. Gina resides in the Brookville, Ohio area where she loves raising her 3 children (AJ, Cheyenne, and James) with her husband Aaron. Along with raising her children, helping on her farm and working at Home Instead, Gina also owns a small, independent Scentsy business.

Dusti comes to Home Instead Senior Care with over 15 years of experience in the field. She has a passion for caring for others with a focus on our senior population. Dusti received her STNA along with her Chemical Dependency Counselor License through Clark State Community College in 2012. For many years, Dusti assisted in running a small Home Care Company in Springfield, Ohio and she looks forward to providing an interactive education experience to our new and existing clients. When not working on improving the education experience, Dusti enjoys spending time with her husband Eric, son Kingston, and their dog Zoey.

Isabela began as a CNA in her home state of Oregon. She has cared for clients with dementia, hospice, and everything in between. After graduating from high school, she served 4 years of active duty with The United States Air Force. Isabela started her family and became a stay-at-home mother and wife for 7 years. When she decided to re-enter the workforce, her passion for serving and helping the elderly brought her to Home Instead as a CAREgiver, and her position in the office evolved from there. Isabela resides in the Brookville area with her 3 children (Elias, Catalina, and Alicia). When she isn't at work or busy with her children, Isabela likes to relax by reading a good book, calling one of her sisters, crafting, or going for a run. She is also currently pursuing an online degree with a focus on either nursing or healthcare administration.
