John has served in the healthcare industry in various capacities for more than 20 years. In September of 2021, John pursued his dream of owning a Home Instead franchise, which provided the unique opportunity to combine his passion to serve aging seniors with owning a premier homecare agency. John is grateful for the amazing team of caregivers and staff that join him in making Home Instead the leading provider of homecare services in Washington County, PA.

Colin joined the Home Instead Team in July of 2023, relocating from Jacksonville, FL to Massillon, OH for this opportunity. Prior to his industry change, Colin recruited for niche roles at University of Chicago and Frontier Airlines, which has translated well in his role as General Manager. Throughout college, Colin had the opportunity to work with a Home Instead office in Washington, PA and witness the impact their home care services made in the community, jumpstarting his passion to serve the elderly. Colin is thrilled to be able to serve clients in Northeast Ohio, and truly make a difference in seniors' lives. In his free time, you can find Colin playing golf, basketball, Spikeball, running, spending time with family and friends, attending church, and visiting Florida any chance he gets!

Alexi has been with Home Instead for nine years, beginning her journey as a Care Pro after experiencing firsthand the impact of in-home care while her grandmother was a client. Over the years, she has worn many hats, ultimately finding her true calling as the office scheduler. Alexi has been happily married to her wonderful husband for five years, and together they are raising their beautiful baby girl-along with their beloved fur baby. Outside of work, she has a love for The Beatles and enjoys photography whenever she can.

Certified in Medical Office Administration, Deanna brings both compassion and professionalism to her work, ensuring clients and caregivers receive the highest level of support. Beyond her career, Deanna is a proud wife and mother of five, finding balance between family life and her commitment to making a difference in her community. Known for her empathy, strong work ethic, and genuine care for people, she thrives on building meaningful connections and fostering positive experiences for everyone she works with.

Rachael has a special passion for serving older adults living with dementia and believes every family deserves compassionate guidance and exceptional care. As the weekday On-Call Supervisor for Home Instead, Susan provides after-hours support to ensure clients and caregivers always have the help they need. With 18 years of experience in homecare, Susan handles client and caregiver concerns, manages schedule changes, and coordinates responses to emergencies with care and compassion. Susan's goal is to create peace of mind for families and a supportive environment for caregivers. She takes pride in being a reliable resource who helps everything run smoothly - even after hours.
