Annette Bowman, President
Annette supports Home Instead franchises across Ohio and Kentucky, helping grow the business, uplift teams, and strengthen our reputation as a leader in senior care. Now in her 17th year with Home Instead, she still finds joy in the meaningful moments that come from making a difference. After 20 years in retail management, Annette was drawn to a career with purpose—and she found that here. She’s especially passionate about ensuring we’re not only known for exceptional care, but also as a place where Care Professionals feel valued. Annette lives in Hebron, Ohio, with her husband, Craig.
Deidra Davis, Director of Operations
Deidra is a proud Ohio native with 19 years of experience in the customer service industry. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions, where she’s successfully led teams to consistently exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results. She is deeply committed to fostering a positive and collaborative environment where both her team and clients thrive. In her personal life, Deidra has a passion for reading, cooking, and baking, often experimenting with new recipes and creative cooking projects. She enjoys crafting and making things with her hands, whether it's a delicious meal or a DIY project. Above all, she cherishes spending time with her friends and children, creating memories, and nurturing relationships.
Ann Anderson, Office Manager
Ann finds her role as an Administrative Assistant enjoyable because it brings new challenges every day. Her day-to-day tasks include invoicing, managing accounts receivables, writing welcome letters to new clients, and attending to calls from Care Professionals. This constant variation in work makes every day a new learning experience for her. Ann's background in accounting, marketing, and customer service, along with her passion for working with seniors and their families, has helped her excel in her current role. Ann is a single mother to a son who lives in Pottsville, PA and a proud owner of a spoiled cat who keeps her company in her home in Zanesville.
Maria Rock, General Manager
Maria Rock’s passion for serving seniors began in childhood through visits with her great-grandmother and elderly neighbors, experiences that shaped both her heart and her career path. She went on to spend 24 years working in occupational therapy as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, helping seniors maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Maria later brought her clinical experience and deep compassion to Home Instead, where she began as a Client Care Coordinator and advanced to General Manager. Her journey reflects her dedication to service, leadership, and excellence. In her current role, Maria focuses on maintaining and building strong relationships while ensuring an outstanding experience for staff and the community. She is committed to promoting thoughtful growth while upholding the core values of Home Instead.
Outside of her professional life, Maria shares her love of baking by creating treats for a local coffee shop.
Dana Keating, Client Care Coordinator
Dana is a Client Care Coordinator at Home Instead and has been proudly serving families for nine years. She works closely with older adults to set up the in-home care they need to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Dana ensures each client’s needs are met and takes pride in building lasting relationships. She also connects families with helpful community resources, like home-delivered meals. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her lost in a good novel, exploring a hiking trail, or out cycling on a sunny day.
Mary Adams - Client Care Coordinator
Since 2014, Mary has been dedicated to helping seniors live their best lives throughout their golden years. Her passion for supporting individuals shines through in her role as a Client Care Coordinator, where she ensures families and Care Professionals receive compassionate guidance, clear communication, and reliable coordination every step of the way.
Outside of her work, Mary enjoys photography, capturing meaningful moments that reflect her love for connection and celebrating life’s special experiences.
Becky Wolfe, Assistant Client Care Coordinator
Becky is serving as both a caregiver and Assistant Client Care Coordinator. With a strong background in caregiving, she brings confidence and compassion to every client interaction. After spending time as a stay-at-home mom, she felt the pull to return to the field she loves, knowing that caregiving is her true calling. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, fishing, hiking, and collecting Hull dishes. Her commitment to supporting both clients and the care team makes her a valuable addition to Home Instead.
Jennifer Rowe, Service Coordinator
Jennifer is a Service Coordinator at Home Instead and has been a valued member of the team for over 13 years, serving both as a Care Professional and in her current office role. She skillfully manages client and Care Pro schedules, always with a focus on fostering strong, meaningful connections between them. Jennifer is passionate about ensuring each match leads to positive experiences for everyone involved. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her beloved fur baby, Remington, as well as hiking, camping, bicycling, and playing pickleball. A lifelong fan of Star Wars and Minions, Jennifer also has a love for travel and adventure—she’s explored both inside and outside the U.S., with Hawaii and Juneau, Alaska high on her list, and a dream of one day visiting Egypt.
Kristen Mohr, Service Coordinator
Kristen serves as a full-time Scheduler, supporting Care Pros by managing time-off requests and coordinating schedules to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality care. She enjoys the “puzzle” of scheduling—finding the right match between Care Pros and clients and adjusting plans as needed to keep shifts covered smoothly, while also valuing the meaningful connections she builds with clients, families, and Care Pros. Outside of work, she is a proud mom to three, who keep life busy, fun, and full of energy. In her quieter moments, she loves visiting local coffee shops with a good book or relaxing outdoors by the water, fishing—always with coffee close by whenever she can get it.
Elaine Prycl, Director of First Impressions
Elaine knows the Home Instead mission well, since she was a great Care Professional and on-call supervisor for almost five years prior to assuming her current position in 2009. If you call our office it will generally be Elaine's cheerful voice that will greet you, and her smiling face will meet you when you enter our office. We have been truly blessed for her to join our team. Elaine resides in Newark, Ohio. She has 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
Ronna Paree, Director of First Impressions
Christie Kasson, Community Outreach Coordinator
Christie connects Home Instead to organizations throughout our community and raises awareness of Home Instead’s mission and broad range of senior services. She supports Client Care team's marketing and sales efforts. Christie recently retired from Denison University where she spent 35 years supporting and working with, students, parents of students, faculty, and staff. Christie and her husband, Jeff, live in Granville and feel very blessed to have their two adult children, their spouses, and three grandchildren also living in Licking County.
Jamie Smart, Service Assistant
Jamie Smart is a dedicated Service Assistant who has been with Home Instead for 10 years. She supports all departments, always ready to assist wherever needed. Jamie enjoys working alongside people who share her compassion and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, watching TV, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to cheer on her loved ones at bowling tournaments.
Meagan Gill, Human Resources Manager
Meagan has been with Home Instead for six years and serves as our Human Resources Manager. She oversees recruiting and retention for Care Professionals, conducts annual reviews, addresses performance concerns, and supports staff with any HR-related needs. Meagan values the strong relationships she builds with Care Professionals and is passionate about helping them succeed in their roles. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and playing video games while relaxing at home with her cat, dog, and husband.
Cathy Creekmore, Development and Training Supervisor
Cathy Creekmore is the Training and Development Supervisor at Home Instead, with nearly a decade of experience in the home health field. For the past eight years, she has led caregiver training to improve the quality of in-home care. She also serves as a Community Educator for the Central Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, providing dementia-specific education to care professionals, students, and the public.As a PAC Certified Consultant, Cathy specializes in person-centered dementia care and effective communication strategies. She is passionate about equipping families and caregivers with practical, compassionate tools to support those living with dementia. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time in nature.
Mackenzie Still-Pepper, Regional Media Manager
Mackenzie is the Regional Media Manager at Home Instead and has been part of the team for five wonderful years. She creates and manages engaging content to support the franchise network’s online presence, recruiting, PR, and marketing efforts. Mackenzie is passionate about visual storytelling and thrives on collaborating with kind, purpose-driven people who are committed to making a difference. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, camping, and playing pickleball—and as a lifelong Lord of the Rings fan, one of her favorite adventures was exploring the landscapes of Middle-earth in New Zealand.
Amanda Watters, Recruitment and Retention Supervisor
Amanda Watters serves as the Recruitment and Retention Supervisor, where she enjoys building relationships, supporting Care Pros, and helping create a positive and welcoming workplace culture. She is passionate about connecting with people and finding creative ways to make others feel valued and supported in their roles.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys cozy book shops, music, spending time with my cats, watching documentaries, and relaxing by the pool with a suspenseful book.
