Jane began her career with Home Instead in April of 2009 as a Home Care Consultant and Client Care Coordinator. Born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati, Jane attended Mother of Mercy High School and is a graduate of St. Francis Hospital/Great Oaks School of Nursing. Growing up her parents taught her the value the elderly brings to the community as she would visit elderly family and friends with her father which led her to a career in nursing. With over 40 years' experience in caring for the aged, she became the Director of Operations for the West Side of Cincinnati franchise in November of 2018. On January 1, 2021, Jane became the owner of the franchise office in her hometown, continuing to care for seniors on the West Side. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and gardening.

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

RaNita was born and raised on the East Side of Cincinnati, moved to the West Side after getting married which has always been home to her husband. She enjoys spending her weekends with her husband, three children and dogs. RaNita is an avid sports lover. She is a graduate of the Cincinnati School for Creative and Performing Arts. She has been in the medical field for over seventeen years.

Ann is a dedicated social worker with over 30 years of experience serving the senior community in Cincinnati. Born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati, Ann earned her master's degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati. Her career began in the hospital setting, where she developed a deep passion for older adults, before transitioning to home care Case Management. Ann specializes in connecting seniors to vital community resources, conducting comprehensive care assessments, and crafting individualized care plans that empower older adults to live independently and with dignity. She is a tireless advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves, driven by a lifelong commitment to supporting others in need. Beyond her professional work, Ann is a devoted wife and proud mother of three children. She values family and community and takes pride in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Karen joined Home Instead in April 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her professional background includes roles in Skilled Home Health Care, Hospice, Assisted Living Communities, and Skilled Nursing Communities. In her current role as Home Care Consultant, Karen collaborates with healthcare professionals, physician offices, and other community organizations to provide valuable resources and support for those seeking solutions for aging adults. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Karen moved to Cincinnati to attend the University of Cincinnati and has since made it her permanent home. Residing in White Oak, Karen proudly identifies as a West Sider. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two grown daughters and three grandchildren

Krystina joined Home Instead in February 2024. With a background in customer service and scheduling from her experience as both a veterinary assistant and a cosmetologist, Krystina now plays a vital role in managing schedules for our Clients and Care Professionals daily. As the primary caregiver for her grandmother and a former Home Instead Care Professional herself, Krystina brings a unique perspective and deep understanding to her interactions with both our Care Professionals and the families we serve. A proud Cincinnati West Sider, Krystina cherishes time with her fiancé, five children, and grandmother. In her free time, she enjoys traveling for her son's wrestling competitions, riding motorcycles, horseback riding, and working toward her dream of visiting all 50 states and owning a miniature farm.
